I’ve been an emotional eater all my life ,food brought me comfort in a chaotic,violent ,incestuous uncertain childhood,I have had a very very challenging life and at 71 it still continues,but I’m also a survivor and I’ve learned to love myself for who I am nit fur what people think i should or shouldn’t be.
