The original song by the band Miracle of Sound is very good but when they did this duet version with Payton Parish, the man you see singing in the video, it brought this song from great to epic status which is where it belongs.
That’s why they are great warriors because they believed dying in battle was the greatest way to get to Valhalla . No fear of death. Imagine meeting a tribe of Viking who are not afraid to attack and die! By the way I’m a direct descendent of Viking Swedish, and Danish, Germanic who settled in East Anglia. My family was here before William the conqueror. 😊
Yes Valhalla is warriors heaven. Song is soundtrack on latest Assassins Creed PS game, and the graphics are from the game by looks. Have the original in my play list but glad I watched this, as prefer this version with Peytons vocals. Love your reactions keep them coming😊

Valhalla was the hall of fallen Viking warriors ruled by Odin where they aimed to go in their afterlife.Going to Valhalla was was motivating force for Vikings in their daily life and especially before battle. Only warriors that Odin deemed were brave and worthy could enter Valhalla
Valhalla is not exactly heaven. The fallen warriors live there until the end of the age, when all the Gods and warriors will fight the giants and everyone will die. After this, the few surviving Gods and people will build a new World better than it was.
