This is the typical Rifleman/Team leader loadout for Valhalla ODA This kit was also used at Operation Irene for a Delta Squad on Task Force Ranger. Modeled after a SEAL or SF Operator in an arid or urban environment.
The ONLY "Special Forces" are US Army soldiers that wear a Green Beret. LRRPS,SEALS,Force Recon, etc, etc, etc are all Special OPERATIONS Forces. Yes,there is a difference.
Great kit man! Unlike many on RU-vid very well done SEAL kit. I would recommend switching the chin strap on your MICH out for an Ops Core one, the tan strap would go better with the rest of the kit. I've got a Marine Force Recon kit I'm working if you want to check it out.
@sammy789987 No, not even close AOR1 contains much more brown, the shading is darker in it than arid MARPAT. AOR2 contains a lot more lime greens than temperate MARPAT, and has much less black in it. Also, the camo pattern has been turned vertical.
My primary ia VFC MK18 Mod 0 In the video I outfitted it with the SOPMOD M4A1 Upper for mid-range engagement to represent my kit from IRENE last year... As for the VFC, best gun I've ever used.....hands down!
@camakazi48 Also have to remember his ammo doesn't weigh near as much as yours did. And he's probably not sportin SAPI's in an airsoft battle either lol. Thanks for your service, it's greatly respected ;)
@ITRider720 Well, in the US we have a giant mil-sim game, Irene, that usually happens annually (don't quote me on that). Since its required to use Mid-caps, and you are usually playing in the field for 4 hours or so at a time, you need quite a few mags to keep going. We play faster, and more intense over here im guessing since we don't really have the time to reload 6 mid-caps in the field. Its no problem, Im not too sure how you guys play either ;)
@llcooljay: Unit designator patches were made from velco 2x4 panels purchased at walmart and a sprayed on stencil... @billclintonairsoft: Terrible name...haha...anyway Plate carrier is Condor Khaki, kind of a darker tan but not quite CB like the marines use... (best match is MJK)
@g3seifert Also Yes weight does cut down on those 2 aspects. If your lazy and do not train yourself. If you want to be effective you have to train effective. And that means running, wind-sprints, suicide drills, crawling, slithering, Jumping, etc etc.... with your vest or with a weighted vest. And if you want to push it you can buy a weighted vest and bake lead weights up to 40lbs a piece to fit into your weight vest. so if you cant hold your own weight, you need to, like I said HIT A GYM!
Guys less is more, we all learn that sooner or later. He'll learn it later. I wear the same stuff now I wore in Iraq. Eagle UCR, 6 mags, 1 radio, 1 IFAK, a camel back, 2 frags, 1 smoke, 3 pistol mags and soft armor. Light fast and doesn't get in my way.
@g3seifert .223 caliber ammo is 5.56 5.56mm is the Nato standard size for .223 ammunition. And the More gear you have as compared to what kind of gear? Because a vest is made for maneuverability. Now I can understand if he's going all-out and wearing a pack loaded with his supplies. That cuts down on maneuverability.
I LIKE IT! =) suggestions paint ur gun in a snake skin kinda camo same wit ur helmet and get some ranger green instead of tan makes it look alot better and a pcu level 5 but good loadout
heads up the navy is starting to issue digital woodland/digital desert although digital desert is only for NSW(naval special warfare) or SEAL sp in the near future think about gettong digital desert
Where i go airsofting, all the experienced airsofters have all high end bb guns and a lot of gear. Problem is they never call their hits because they don't feel it.
Jesus! I am so jelly! :) My loadout is going that way sort off. But mine is using a CIRAS instead. Did you do a lot of research to get that look? or that's just how it came together?
Very nice gear. If you wanna add a realistic touch to it, weather it with sand, and sandpaper. Most of the stuff they use is either old, or gets really worn really quick. So, try to make your gear look like it went through a couple of 'Stan rotations ;)
@jtaghero Thank you JT If .223 can be put in a Nato mag, Slapped into a Nato M-16 or similar caliber weapon and the weapon will still fire without a hitch. Then its the same, It works. And if somebody seriously has a hardtime running in just a Nylon knock-off of real-steel body armor, Then they are seriously out of shape.
this is a very impressive loadout, very cool. nice video. could use a pair of Mechanix gloves, always see SEALs with those gloves, Original (Blk/white)
I've been holdin off on the gun paint due to my SOPMOD kit still being under construction... be looking for an updated more accurate vid, maybe with new AOR1 combat set. I know it isn't technically an LBT 6094 but its a close enough stand in made by Condor... I actually run an (RG) LBT 1961a over a PACA soft Armor vest now. And thanks for Subscribing Dudes! Zebco, Send me your videos and I'll throw em up on here... Try and film outside though. Filming in your room makes it look juvenile
@llcooljay: That's because it is very skillfully spray-painted. I've been doing this a while, can you tell? I'll make and send you 2 patches with whatever you want on them for $10 shipped
@archiaskcommando heck yeah I think they should have to put xsapi's in their vest along with kevlar inserts, their mags should be weighted the the specs of a fully loaded mag, everything should weight the same... that would be funny to watch... airsoft would fail if that where the case, no one would play...
Lol. My MOUT kit is so much more lightweight and still has enough stuff. I hope this kit changed to something much lighter. Just my 2 cents. and always follow: Only carry what you absolutely need!
Jesus. That's a shitload of effort for something imaginary. Props to him if he has a lot of fun doing it, but imagine the weight of that loadout with real ammunition/gear. Eighteen mags? My knees hurt just thinking about it.
You should get a KWA you really should KWA has the 2GX gear box and it's much faster trigger response and much more high speed and much stronger gearbox and gears and everything.
Dude I didn't even carry that much stuff in Afghanistan haha. You learn where your system gets hung up and what's extra weight pretty fast on a mountain ruck march. Nice video though.
pssst SEALs wear whatever they want. Either tan, coyote brown, Marpat, DCU, Multicam. You get the point. And other than the weapon (DEVGRU gets almost any weapon they want, but the HK416 is prefered) you are pretty much good. Except the glasses, they look gay. Oakley M Frame 3.0s are coming out. Get those.
Airsoft!? No squads, platoons, nor teams outfit anything like this. They are quick insertion. Firepower is 4 to 1 achieved through team stack. Leave any similarities to SOFs of any branch out of your description. Your point of reference is not based on in real world missions.
@T9w0rd Yeah. :) I have one and I LOVE it, it is seriously the best plate carrier out there. :) I have a video up on it, if you'd like to check it out. :)
