Thank you all for watching! my apologies to some of you guys that voted for a boathouse. Made 3 different versions that I had to scrap, so I converted the last failing build in a dock house hope you guys enjoy this one!
One of my favorite things about this is all of the borders around the planters. That kind of texture/detail with manually placed beams adds a lot. Looks super good!
Something that really stands out about you is how creative you are with the building pieces given and also really utilizing rotating and angling pieces together unlike anyone I’ve seen or ever thought of. Really, really cool build.
Wow 😯 this one is the most beautiful build i have ever seen, great look, good use of material with the location makes it more better, keep up good work sir
Putting the stone blocks ON the iron beams over the water - WHAT? Never even considered this was a possibility. BRILLIANT! Also, I absolutely loved the ceiling and windows in the bedroom. Excellent design work.
Allot is also possible without the iron beams sometimes. Having a support underneath stone and then eventually connecting both sides and then removing said supports can still make it float aka u can sometimes use the 4x2 as support, build on top of it connect the top to other stone stuff and remove the 4x2. Just do it in stages so you don't build something massive and remove the 4x2 and it all collapses. There is a limit. It also depends on hight
I have seen a fair number of builds on youtube and I must say I think you build the most beautiful ones, marvelous work of art! I get a huge inspiration boost everytime I watch your videos, so I'm really looking forward to more! 👍
Def some nice touches, but I gotta say, not measuring the water height and having aspects flood in just normal waves let alone a storm is a deal breaker for me.
I just realized after finishing a massive and complicated roof with different round angles that I have to do it again when I get to the tar stage in the game lol
What also happend was that I thought u needed finewood for the dark wood, I also needed regular wood, gathered 600+ finewood and a iron chest full of regular wood from birch trees. Later in the day I went to my testworld. Looked at all the dark wood pieces, only a few needed like 1 or 2 finewood lol I thought roofs and beams needed it aswell lol. I mean I can build allot of reinforced chests now though haha. EDIT: yeah my storage system is massive, did not have enough finewood haha
You can't fly in the game anymore huh? I tried and all I am able to do is make the camera fly around but not my character. This sucks because like many other players before me, I'd like to use it as a crutch when I'm building so I don't fall to my death. Falling while building up high ends up shying me away from attempting all kinds of designs when it comes to building.
if you are using devcommands try this command: debugmode, you should be able to fly and then press letter B on your keyboard to activate the no cost for building
