Great video! This design is almost similar to an automag valve. The automag blowforward design by Tom Kaye was a consistent and robust system that is actually pretty reliable. I haven't shot this marker but I imagine that is has a good feel to the shot. The valve firing assembly sounds complicated but it is probably simpler in function than a blowback which has more moving parts. The whole design concept is basically a cork in a champagne bottle. What makes this gun complicated is the engineering to design it, but in function it should be easier to maintain than a Dye Dam.

Awesome video, you broke it down in simple terms that even I could understand! I just bought the M17 and this helped a lot! I didn't realize that the B.C.H. didn't come with the marker so I ordered one am waiting on it to get here. Do you have a video with instructions on how to install one? Thanks A-

How can I get a replacement heating core for some reason mine exploded on me on first use first shot. Any ideas what went wrong?

Thanks for breaking it down for this newbie. I just purchased one. Problem off the bat. It misfires, double feeds also mag just dropped out. The store swapt out the body. I fired more consistent shots it seems better before it happened again around 10 rounds. I'm firing 4gr balls. Has anyone experienced this? Hopefully my description makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Oh hell. Holy smokes, what happened? Lol. Umm.. there are lots of things I want to tell you to check… double feeding could be a missing detent, double firing could be the FPS is up to high, remember, the more the FPS is cranked up, the harder the bolt pushes on the trigger sear. It was designed as a paintball gun after all, it wasn’t never meant to be a replacement for a fire arm… if this isn’t the case for you, I apologize. If the fps isn’t cranked up, you could take apart the trigger mech and make sure the factory put the heavier duty spring under the sear, and NOT the trigger. Get back to me, let me know what you find brother

@@MechTactical Thanks for the quick response. I beleive I solved the issue quick vid about the trigger and misfires. So, far so good 2 full mags smooth. It needs a little more adjustment for full auto. Ran out of air. Ugh I know it not a fire arm but it make sense for a less lethal home tool deterrent. Thanks again

The heat core blow forward system is not the smartest system out there... I understand it might save a bit of air by sacrificing reliability (compared to blowback systems)
