Possibly the hardest mission to 1 turn. +Ailment resist accessory on the starting scout is very important if you don't want to die the moment you climb down the ladder. Kill the scout on the upper level with the first scout so he can't debuff the others. Engineer needs to be someone that is durable (Rita has Super Defense potential so she is nice but it's not very reliable) to survive just enough to kill the ace sniper and clear the mines. Don't let the second scout take any shot from any enemy scout and just rush the main camp (Double Movement potential or take another turn - enemy will only try to kill your first scout and your engineer if not already dead for some reason).
Max level classes but anything from level 25 will probably work. +6 Def on Minerva, +4 Def on Rita, +Ailment resistance on Christel
