Carlisle CycleandScooter Thank you for the review! It means a lot! Check out our other interviews on our channel and spread the word. We have a lot more interviews coming!
This was a fantastic interview. I'm not a veteran, Just a simple coffee lover who stumbled upon BRCC by accident. Right On to Ya'll for Rolling this convo.
Some of best attributes of America. Reinventing yourself, creating, understanding the notion of gift-giving, and moving forward. His is truly a good cup of coffee. God grant you many years!
What a great interview, seeing how Evan transitioned from the military life into a civilian life and succeeding in forming a company with the right mindset is brilliant 👍
I love BRCC! That aside I thought you guys did a great job on interviewing itself. I enjoyed watching it. I now want to know more about who you guys are. I hope to see something on that someday.
Thank you even for all your videos you take the time to make I watch you, Rocco's cooking shows, and of course Matt more then t.v. when I'm away from home. Ive been to every military base on the east coast for my job and after having had your coffee and mug from battle box sir I jumped at the chance to come to Hill and paint these planes lol thinking that salt lake City would be over running with B.R.C.C. coffee haven't found a dealer close to me yet but I will.
When he says over 5 years of deployments, that’s not 5 year span that he did a few deployments over, That’s literally over 5 years he spent on the ground in war as a Green Beret or CIA operator. Over 5 years of front line elite fighting, hundreds if not thousands of tier 1 raids. Dude is a straight up super human super hero.
D' Bert why do you hate Evan Hafer?? I’m legitimately curious because I read all your lies about him and see all of your negative comments everywhere and would really like to know..
8meals He washed out of the team. And while there’s no shame in failure he just can’t pick himself up and move on, choosing instead to blame someone else instead of accepting responsibility and find something that does work. Which is his real failure, and that is shameful.
I love Coffee and have tried many companies. I prefer extra dark roast. I have a Family member that lives in Utah near SLC and they asked if i knew what Black Rifle Coffee is. I think that was 2015 I said no but wanted to try it. I ordered MO roast and i was hooked. That was the super dark roast I was looking for. No other coffee company makes a roast like that. I also like to know i am supporting veterans and first responders. Thank you Evan for sharing your coffee with the world.
I am always curious about associating laughter with having fun. I always associate it with things that make me uncomfortable, that approach the edge of what can and cannot be tolerated.
For those of us that served, we can relate to what he is saying. There is a time to fight the enemy, and a time to fight the boredom. Sometimes the boredom can be more devastating than the enemy. As to his coffee, haven't tried it yet.
As for the coffee. Its good, if you like coffee. As for the boredom....yeah, you know...the only thing worse than thinking you're going to die is waiting for it... cheers!
Evan, you are a rockstar, I have been saying LIFE IS TO SHORT NOT TO LAUGH & YOU CAN NOT TAKE LIFE SO SERIOUSLY WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO DIE IN THE END. FOREVER!!!!!!!! Thank you for telling the world the to loving life.
James Burnside Love coffee- hate war- Glad there are men like Evan though- military family here and we lost so many- sometimes necessary! Just wonder for whom are we fighting-? From the civil war and wounded knee to WW1+2 - North African conflict- Korea-Vietnam- Desert Storm - Afghanistan - somehow we missed Iraq though! Lakota woman here🙋🏽♀️🦅🕊🇺🇸🇨🇦🇦🇫🕊
You are correct my friend. Evan and I were at the Idaho state fair one year and someone spilt their drink on Evans shoe, he then snatched the steaming corn dog from the guys hand and bludgeoned him to death with 3/4 of a corn dog :)
I never really liked coffee growing up in a Navy family, or then during my 8 years 11 days in the Army as an MP. It wasn't till late in my life I found Black Rifle Coffee Co. That was this year shortly after my 65th birthday, Now I drink a cup of Blacker than Black almost every morning or during the day when I want a cup. Not a question in my mind or heart that it is in my opinion the finest coffee in the world.
Really? I had no idea it was that expensive. We don't have a shop near me. But, there is a coffee shop in what I call our Guntry club( 0lay on country club). And the serve BRCC coffee. I wonder if someone might want to open a franchise there in Norway? It's an idea.
18E. Comms soldier. Cool. I put my packet in for SF back in 97 but it was kicked back by my commander , I guess I was doing such a good job there that he didn’t want me to go. I served 88-98. 31k then it changed to 31u. I was 31U20 when I ETS out because of that and few other reasons, I felt I was being held back.
Evan and those vets at BRCC could take down a small nation before breakfast and not break a sweat. Now add those millions of other vets over the last dozen years or so that have been in combat like my son and a few nephews; who's gonna roll up and blind side this country and think it will be a cakewalk?? God bless all of you who served; you make me so damn proud to be American knowing you willingly served at your pleasure to ensure our way of life and more so for each other!
Oildale Jones thanks for the advice! We are always looking to improve. We really appreciate your feedback. Future interviews will be include a mic on the interviewer.
if you are shooting on DSLR, try using a Zoom audio recorder, you can plug a couple lav mics in and it sounds great. Only downfall is you have to match audio to video in post. I love you videos ... I work at Fox news, so hit me up with any question. Tim
morris2112 Thank you for the advice! We are still learning and always sharing! We are ecstatic you love the videos. Stay tuned, we have many more to come.
The MRE’s ( Meals Rejected by Everyone) should have packets of BRC in them instead of the “Parkerized Blend” that has been included with the MRE’s for so long now. Maybe they don’t even have coffee packs in them anymore, I’ve been out of touch with that stuff for a long time now. Good Day Everyone!
"I don't believe in luck just in general. I believe in hard work..." Other than the fact the guy makes some damn fine coffee, I knew there was a reason I like him. Hard work, commitment and no bullshit.
It's what we stand for. And if we fall I have faith. They never leave Us Fallin. At all cost🇺🇸🌹🧸 And they died. That Others, May Live What Greater Love? Has one man for another then to lay down his life. Thank you for your service and your sacrifice. Armies of angels carry you to your resting place when the time comes the time comes for all of us.🇺🇸 There is no folded flag. Emoji it's the best I could do under the circumstances. Make do with what you have. Never leave a fallen.
I’m not a veteran but I love America, idc if his coffee tasted like actual human shit I’d still buy it and brew it. Luckily it’s gotta be the best coffee I’ve ever drank.
It depends on what roast you buy. They have all ranges. If you text them they will advise you on what you might like. My hisband loves strong black coffee! The stronger the better. Bit, I am like you. So a med. Roast is good for me. Add a little cream and sweetener and I'm great. I'm the latte kinda person too. So we do pods and whole beans. They got back to me right away.
Hey Adam, thanks for the feedback. We are just veterans trying to share some inspirational stories from veterans who are kickin' a**. We're not trained in videography or anything like that, so this has been a fun learning process! We hope to continue to improve. We really appreciate your input! Be sure to subscribe and follow us on Instagram and Facebook! We appreciate your support!
Valor Magazine Solid copy. I'd love to see a series of interviews like this. Maybe a standard set of short answer questions at the end like Inside The Actor's Studio.
im a year late but yeah only a couple of cities have a black rifle coffee shop. but support your local coffee shops man still gonna be amazing coffee and better than s-buks
Crap. This interview makes me feel Old. My DAD was a career U.S.N. Vet 1938 - 1947 (medical discharge) as a CPO. Dad was serving on CL46 U.S.S. Phoenix on Sunday Dec 7 1941 when the IJN Bombed Pearl Harbor.
@@rueridge7597 Ayup. He was proud of having served his Country as a Career Navy Chief Petty Officer against the might of Japan and Their SUICIDE Aircraft.. The Kamikaze. I'm Proud of Him too. I"m also proud of my Son who is a 10 year career Australian Army JNCO Veteran.
If you want to talk about balls...be a WWII crew member on an American Bomber over Europe. "special operators" have no idea what those casuality ratesre like
for every "operator" there are 30 who have to schulb their day in a forklift moving MREs around a warehouse. "Special Operators" LOVE to congratulate themselves but without the 30,,,they are just targets
Hobbit Homes Have you ever met Evan? He’s about the humblest guy you’ll ever meet. While the supporters deserve praise as well, undoubtedly; the “special operators” have not only volunteered to be in the Army, but they also volunteered for special forces and volunteered for myriad of the courses they’re sent to. Not sure why you felt the need to say this? Why did you feel you had to be that guy?
@@chloehennessey6813 The phrase "pointy end of the spear.." gets used a lot. Even cavemen knew that without the weight of the shaft, chucking a pointy spear head is just throwing rocks.
Love you guys. I feel like Forrest Gump right now. Cuz someone had a bottle. Hanging on a rope He said Jesus Christ. You cut the rope I said yeah. But it took me two shots. He said don't you see it? It's a big rope. I smiled. Cochran sees everything That is not a lie. These were bad people who hated me. When I went to adjust the target. He handed his son the rifle. And wanted the child to shoot me. Make it look like an accident. Fortunately children are not good shots. On a moving Target moving targets a hard to hit And they had drained the oil. From my vehicle He had the child do it. While we were drinking I threw a rod on the way home. But that old Volvo. Bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye, bye-bye. Made it home. It clang cluttered and knocked But it got me back in my driveway. To hell with the KKK in Fort White, Florida God love your beautiful beautiful badass. Heart😁❤💪🤙🇺🇸🦶🤺
Just in case anyone is wondering, the company was Andy Stumpf’s idea, and he is also the CEO and El Presidente. Wouldn’t want anyone to think this was Evans idea...
Going public will be the worst thing you could do for your company. Do some research on Woolworth store or Anheuser-Busch. Both lost control their company. Ones out of business and the other ones for an own
"Take it public"..OK...this is America and if you want to get rich that is good on you.. But at some point you have to stop pretending it is about veterans and admit it is just about the money
Now bring him back and do another interview about him supporting the democrats and sticking it to the 2A supporters. So ridiculous as to what he has done. No Black Rifle Coffee for me.
