The auto popping flash is actually a huge buff because thanks to the game's spaghetti code, the game sometimes misses out the second command to detonate the flash and causes player to waste their flash, this completely eliminates this problem without needing to fix Riot's spaghetti netcode.
@@mistyfaderia naw its a nerf. if you missed flashing at the end of its timer thats on you. removing something that requires a small amount of skill for a higher skill ceiling is always stupid.

Breeze change was needed. It's such a useless area. Omen and Yoru can't even TP through it. No point holding any angles there since either side won't get anywhere. The only thing it's good for is probably set up Harbour and Viper smoke walls.
And now it's harder to defend. 1 agent on each site, 1 watching door from B, 1 watching mid and another one watching this changed part. We'll always have one spot unwatched.
@@rudranewaz6664 his stun already regenerates literally every E (signature) ability of initiators are rechargable (except skye with 8.01) breach's fault line (stun) fade's haunt (reveal) gekko's dizzy (flash, it doesn't actually regenerate but you can reuse it by picking it up from ground, after a 10 second cooldown) kayo's knife skye's birds (flash, no longer recharges with 8.01) sova's recon bolt (reveal)

@@CreeperawmanYT Fade barely gets any info, and after nerf sova doesnt reign supreme for info either. All of fade's abilites are easily breakable to deny information. Skye has 2 abilities that guarantee info sufficiently, and 1 other that tells where they are. Skye also has the best heal in the game.
jett, phoenix, yoru, iso, raze, reyna, brim. They all have a single-use signature abilities without recharging time but the duelists except reyna and iso can recharge after 2 kills.
It started with Chamber, then Skye, before you know it they'll normalize it and some agents will be on the chopping board, my money is on Killjoys turrets cooldown getting removed once destroyed in the next patch because why not
It first started all the way back with Raze in patch 0.47, where her 2nd nade got removed and replaced with a recharge ability. Then Viper, then Jett, then Chamber, and now Skye. Viper and Jett are still getting nerfed to the ground, does Riot even know what type of power creep this will cause?

I feel like its stil not enough, imo good Iso buff would be to make wall wider, or give it Sage rotation properties, coz u have to put yourself in near certain death peeks for a good wall.
It goes through objects, just use it at an angle. Or together with a teammates flash. Or a smoke. Or anything really. I‘m biased though, Iso is the first agent I actually started to main cause his kit just looks so fun and cool
I see it as a quality of life changes. you usually instantly shoot the orb and repeek it with the shield within 15 seconds. His kit is just not that good compared to reyna. in lower ranked lobby u may pop off more cuz u will not get instantly traded. but high ranked players trades happens before you could shoot the orb. Morever, his kit does not make him an ideal entry fragger and only decent on small maps. TL;DR: ISO is still garbage
if you ask me, allow the shield to move into a different direction or turn just slightly like Skye's Hawk but the direction/turn change would be like 20% so yes you can turn the shield as it moves forward but it's just a slight turn maybe it can only turn like 45 degrees. Also, its moving speed in my opinion should be close to your gun wield speed or just make ISO faster when he's within shield range. There are times when I saw an ISO player and I whenever I play ISO die by like Tenz or anyone else just coz the shield is so fast that it makes a ton of opening for others to just off-angle and delete a charging ISO. Sure you can pull your knife, but this also means that if they see you before you go back to your rifle you're probably dead

I don't see a bad thing about the changes to iso, especially the time the orbs last before you shoot them. The changes to sky do seem excessive to me. Especially the fact that the E does not recharge.
They have nerfed skyes flashes like 50 times now. The regen was like her unique signature and now they took even that away lmao. She just can’t catch a brake
We've already had this map like this before.. Its a better change imo.. Shutting down cave and halls limited/made it predictable where enemy's could be.
Unless each one of them is a good shot and they all spread out throughout the map, making defending site and figuring out who had the spike a lot harder.
I queued up comp after the update and took Skye. I didn't even go through the patch notes, so i just thought my game was glitching out and I was kind of freaking out. That is until my friend looked through the patch notes after I said something and told me Skye's flashes will no longer regenerate AND IT'LL POP AT THE END EVEN IF I DON'T WANT IT TO. HOLY SHIT MAN I'M SO SAD

the first time breeze blocked that off made no sense. Also they overdid it on skye that kind of nerf was not necessary. And that Iso change is weak, just make his character model glow the same way reyna glows when she ults. used a darker purple though so the two characters dont get confused.
they buffed iso as if he needed them. bro was already a solid duelist And the sky nerf? Cmon. auto pop could be good for your team if you die before you pop it but 2 flashes? oh my god riot
@@jazse She can top frag, but the way an ability recharges is supposed to reflect on how the character should be used. Her flash shouldn't recharge with kills, but I have no idea why they removed the cooldown
@@knetxthe thing is she's an initiator gathering infos is her job, so not having a rechargeable info utils made her really bad, not to mention her flashes doesn't detect how many or who's there like other initiators it just detect some1 there
A pointless nerf for an initiator tbh, every initiator' signature utility recharges in 40-ish seconds, at least make it so it recharges in 50 or maybe even 60 seconds after using it, instead of entirely removing the rechargability.
I'm wondering why make a shield surround iso instead of changing iso's cloth to purple and call the day? Shield is ugly af plus will make iso harder to hide in corners, if the change is to make enemies not to spot him too early/easily then why make a shield?
Well Skye is very good in proplay just due to the fact that the bird both flashes and gives info. So still Rito is giving Skye the Chamber treatment rn.
His ult isn’t supposed to be used as a damage ability. It’s meant for post plant and for help clearing parts of a site. Giving him two mollys, along with his ult. If I recall correctly, his molly last 8 seconds while his ult last 4. Giving him two mollys means he would be able to play postplant for 20 seconds straight. Which is almost HALF the length of the timer for the spike to explode.
This is meta shifting changes, but they nerf her too far for not giving her more flashes because that's gonna make her useless as a recon initiator, she only has 3 attempts to detect enemies. They'll make her going to 0% pick rate.
that’s the thing, she’s not an recon, she’s a flash initiator with detection bonus, best flash with 3/4 abilities to detect enemies is just way too good
@@scoot5642 that's makes her even worse then, breach as a flash initiator have another ability that's equally good with recharge or kayo as a hybrid have his knife that's also recharges, i mean, if they gonna make her like breach then at least gives her another flash or gives her 1 flash that regenerate.
@@RadenHZ26 Skye still gets 2 flashes with crazy info gathering, a dog that has both info and a stun, and a heal. She will still be good, just not broken.
@Alan-pe9ow her dog was nerfed already so getting info with it on long angles is impossible like B long on Bind because the dog gets broken so fast, you can't even turn the dog and heals were never good in the game to begin with on the higher levels. She is dead straight up. As a Skye exploiter, the best thing about her flashes was that you could use one at the beginning on rounds to get early info and start the cooldown while you have the other flash to fight with but you can't do that anymore. Why did this change need to happen? All of the initiators in her competition have rechargeable recon abilities, KAY O knife can recharge, the entire gekko kit recharges 4 times faster than Skye's flashes used to and Breach has way more utility to support than Skye.
@@Alan-pe9ow that's not "crazy info gathering" that's just 2 angle infos and one more with dog if you play on short range, for long range the dog is almost useless except for bullet direction info.
