Honestly bloodhound is a great character to start off with if you are looking for someone to get the basics down with

Sliding is the best part about Apex, it really brings so much movement into the game like slide jumping off/over walls. I quit playing all other games when Apex came out and it quickly became my new favorite game over something like League which I've also played since release. I mained Octane for a long time but I think the best players are good at multiple people because you aren't always guaranteed your main. Now I happily rotate between champs depending on how I am feeling! ALSO if you buy the battle pass ONE time, it will pay for itself after that because you will earn enough currency to purchase it next season so it really is worth it for all the bonus content you get!

I would recommend you main Valkyrie, as a valk main myself. But for her you have to master different moments from the other Legends, and she is a bit difficult to get used to. But right now she is the best Legend in Apex. Also there about to add her heirloom this Tuesday. Which also looks fire

These videos are such a trip down memory lane! The Loba quests, loot bunkers, .... so much cool stuff we've had throughout the game's existence! The Battle Pass is purely for cosmetics and some other stuff (music, loading screens, ...). I think the music adds to the game, but you don't really need the BP to enjoy playing, The "permanent mode" thing is in reference to the LTMs (limited time modes) that the game had before and which always went away after a week or two. Arenas was a permanent addition and is still in the game today.

I feel like everyone is shouting out their favorites, personally as a rampart main i love her cos she helps you prioritize movement and weapons handling ahead of time. For a legend that makes sense i would recommend bloodhound if you're getting into it cos they're intuitive and don't require too too much thinking.

To find your main first you have to pick your play style/class, these are the free legends that everyone has that you can try out: Support (heals/team support) - Lifeline Offensive (attackers/offensive skills/speed) - Bangalore, Wraith Defensive (shields/camping/tanks) - Gibraltar And recon (movement/information gathering) - Bloodhound, Pathfinder These are the other legends that you have to pay or level up to get: Support - Loba Offensive - Mirage, Octane, Revenant, Horizon, Fuse, Ash and Mad Maggie Defensive - caustic, Wattson, Rampart and Newcastle Recon - Crypto, Valkyrie and seer Enjoy! ;))

Regarding the PVE missions, there actually was going to be a continuation of the quests in Season 6. Kind of like a Chapter 2. But the devs were spending so much time on it and jeopardising their health to the point that EA or some higher ups pretty much had to tell them to stop. We then had comics replace the pve missions, and now the comics are replaced by a text-based story. PVE will most likely return in the future but it's hard to know when.

Octane is great legend to main, easy to understand abilities and awesome movement.

If you're a first time player Bloodhound is definitely a great pick, free wallhacks, increased speed and highlights the enemies in red (I recommended using Deutaranopia color blind settings so they get highlighted blue) I'd eventually try Valk, as well as horizon are great picks. If you're more of the defensive type, caustic and Gibby can't go wrong

A small detail Horizon's son was named Newton Her mini black hole is called Newt in honor of her son, in fact during the game you can hear several voice lines in which Horizon talks to Newt that if he were his son Newton.

Now all that’s left for apex is the events/collection event trailers. There are a lot but they introduce some new game modes, skins, and map locations. The collection events also show a legend’s new heirloom

You absolutely HAVE to react to all the finishers. Also, you should react to all of the ground emotes and skydive emotes! That could definitely make for a longer video and they're all really good.

Play bloodhound, it's unlocked from the beginning and very reliable and always useful. Quick recap, he can scan areas for enemy's. And it's nearly impossible or really hard to travel across the map.

You NEED to watch Lifeline story of the outland! It got out few days ago and I kinda want to see your reaction on it. I personally LOVE it!

octane imo is the best beginner character mainly because of his passive. Octanes passive is called swift mend and it heals health passively. This really helps if you have run out of meds, along with that octane is easy to learn but hard to master, and his movement abilities are good for fleeing a fight incase you seem overwhelmed.

You might also love the Event trailers. They're shorter, but show off the neat skins. I saw you reacted to the Gaiden event, but there are loads of others. You'll also get to see all the unique Heirloom weapons that way; several characters have unique weapons called Heirlooms that can replace their default melee. You saw Bloodhounds with his axe, and Bangalores is the same dagger she took from the Pilot in the Gridiron cinematic.

Starting out... 1. Bangalore is pure versatility 2. Bloodhound is information and tracking 3. Octane/Wraith is easy movement to learn 4. Caustic is fun if you want to at times lockdown a space and slow down enemies to kill

Replicators have specific places on the map but over time they do fall from the sky I remember respawn let everyone on Olympic map,no killing, but since the map had so many ledges everyone was falling off the map because every corner if u jumped a wall u would fall to ur death. Maybe that's y they let us roam around the map before officially opening it to get familiar wit where u can climb a wall. It was sofunny

About the battlepass. The price never changed since season 1. I bought it once that time, and when you actually finish the battle pass you get a little bit more the currency back you spent on the pass allowing you to just buy the next pass without spending money again. Its pretty awesome and keeping you to play the game

If u like the sliding please play with horizon she has a low gravity suit for longer slides and you don't get stunned when you drop from a high place

If you want a legend to main, Valkyrie would be my suggestion as her kit is the most viable for rank and pubs. Likewise, her kit itself is pretty straightforward as well. In my opinion though, you should get Loba first before Valkyrie. Not because she dummy thicc but because her kit actually helps you learn the important aspects of apex. Like bypassing the looting, giving you more time for killing (increasing gun skill), and movement with her bracelet.

from the beginning start to main is up to everyone's choices, u can main either the movement character or the technique character, for me I main Crypto for 2 years because I like the technique character that has to know the skills and style that should cover in the battle

I would say you should use Loba because she’s great at looting for new players, seeing purple and gold loot through walls is really useful too, the only problem is her tactical which is currently bugged and will randomly not work and get you killed, but definitely try her after they fix the problem.

Once you buy a battlepass, you can have a battlepass for every season because it gives you enough apex coins to buy a new one again

If the legends were a family, Horizon would be the strict but kind mom, Fuse would be the "don't tell your mom" dad, Caustic would be the creepy uncle no one talks to at family gatherings, Crypto, Octane and Mirage would be the brothers in that order from youngest to oldest, Rampart would be Mirages twin, Wattson would be the youngest child, Gibby and Newcastle would be the super kind uncles who the kids all love, Bangalore would be the crazy survivalist Aunt, Maggie is the crazy aunt who hates the dad, Loba and Revenant are the cousins who always hate each other, Wraith would be the eldest and most responsible child followed closely by lifeline, Valk is the cool aunt who always brings dangerous gifts and talks about her adventures, Bloodhound is the guy that no one knows how they are related to them, Ashe is the kid who refuses to talk to their parents, Seer would be the cool family friend and Pathfinder is the dog. Lifeline is less used right now so she is getting some buffs soon to her abilities. Ult will take less time to become available and her droid will now infinitely fill you with health. Gonna be interesting

Best starting legends for the current season I'd go with Gibraltar and Bangalore. First to buy is reliant on how you're feeling after playing for a while with the initial legends.

They no longer using numbers on the trailers' titles so that new players will less likely to feel stressed to catch up with the past seasons.

can we do a bonus and react to the latest lifeline stories from the outlands? you get to see octane's face also feelsbad not a huge reaction to season 3's trailer, that one was my favorite, and the gun/running sounds syncing to the music was so satisfying

If you have interests in specific characters. There is a youtuber called Macro who has a "For Noobs" series that covers each of the legends. Also he does have a general video for the whole of Apex but it get more and more outdated.

Important things to note before playing Apex (feel free to add to list): 1) Check patch notes. Response makes a lot if balance changes 2) Servers are possible some of the worst. But not all of the time lol… * *cries a little* * 3) Spend time in the Firing Range/ look up tips and tricks 4) Loba’s Tactical is sadly the most broken thing in the game (idk if it works at all rn) 5) pc/k&m and console/controller players have 2 different experiences

Basucally if you bought 1 battle pass and complete it, the battle pass rewards ypu back with MORE apex coins than you spend on it, meaning you can just keep buying more battle pass in the future for free

Also in apex there is something called heirlooms heirlooms are special items for legends they can be a melee and skins At the beginning of the game wraith had the first heirloom being a kunai Bloodhound for season 2 for being a axe from his story of outlands Lifeline and pathfinder for season 3 while lifeline being shock drumsticks and pathfinder being boxing gloves Octane heirloom for season 4 for his heirloom is a butterfly knife which is also is mixed with his stim Mirage heirloom for season 5 for being a golden trophy of himself Caustic heirloom for season 6 of being a gas hammer with a head on it Gibby(I forgot to spell his name) heirloom for season 7 for being a war club(to me it look like axe) Bangalore for season 8 of being a knife Revenent for season 9 of being a scythe Rampart for season 10 of being a wrench Wattson for season 11 of being a energy reader Bloodhound skin for season 12 (what you saw in the 3rd anniversary trailer) And crypto heirloom also for season 12 being a sword And in the new trailer valkyrie will be getting the next heirloom

Octane is probably a pretty good starting choice for Apex. If you don't want to purchase a Legend, though, I would recommend Bloodhound or Bangalore as they're both fairly beginner-friendly.
