There are bank and other financial institution long term debts. There is also Shareholders unsecured loan to be converted into equity. How to determine the combined value of existing and to be converted shares. This is a practical situation and no exam question. Thank you

I have a doubt sir that .... under syllabus 2016 there were a provision of reciprocal exemption between CS and CMA in which we have already qualified CS then we got 3 exemption in CMA inter as well as final ......will it continue also in New syllabus 2022 of CMA
