Another value packed video. Learning skills the hard way is something I've really been drawn to lately. Information overload is definitely a trap. The more we learn on a topic, the more overwhelming it may seem, leaving us unable to determine where to begin. It's great to overcome this hurdle (or not even running this track) by intentionally taking the leap before learning how to do it.

Storytelling is a huge learned skill in Consulting. It’s usually learned when reading books. Oftentimes people don’t go looking for this information ℹ️. People need to understand a pain or problem, then you can give truthful examples or story to help people visually understand. In my industry, presentations are usually only done on a video basis unless over a 60-100kbsale. The 20k sale is small and understood.

I bought Dan’s latest book. I to did photoshop, and photography. I to became incredibly involved and immersed in it, it did pay quiet good dividends. However without the shadow of a doubt the steps Dan took would have been immensely productive. As artists we have this idea that we produce art for arts sake. It engages us, so surely we think it will produce monetary returns. But there is a problem… you’re not doing it for love then. Creativity in the field you love is produced from internal stimuli NOT necessarily a customers “Agenda”! . Bottom line is I have started to implement his techniques! Not bad given I’d never heard of him up until four days ago! “Level of awareness is peaked!.
