Did you watch the video bud? The specific value isn’t what will get you where you want to be, you’re negotiating ownership stake primarily and the actual valuation is largely a subjective figure. Figure out what you need to get off the ground and rolling, and offer somewhere between 15-25% ownership for it. Thats what I took from it anyway.
