I am here because of Coursera ... I think this absolutely insightful & it's about time to formalize Customer metrics to Quarterly filings ... We all have seen that DCF's method of valuation is nowhere close to companies Acquired Or Traded. Intuitively everyone is looking at Customer Metrics. Great Work ...
+Jussi Tuominen We would love to perform a "bottoms-up" valuation for a SaaS business, driven off of their customer data. A big question, then, is whether, how, and how much customer data they disclose!
