Balancing. You can play as a vampire hunter using legacy armor (there are some new ones to fit more appropriately) if you don't commit to anything, utilizing tools and gadgets. If you could just do that as say a speedster, what's the point? Makes being a vampire hunter class useless if a Kryptonian can just do all the same things, as there will be more weapons added over time.

@@Tihyo oh I see so you can still have legacy armour as a vampire hunter? Because at first glance it seemed like the countermeasures were pretty useless, seeing as you would die pretty fast to a vampire without any.

That would be cool. Have like a monster-hunter legacy that involves a lot of the stuff from the series

You can use legacy armor for protection even if you haven't committed to a legacy.

If you saw my last message, ignore that. I read your message wrong. The reason why you can't be Iron Man and use garlic is because the idea is having no legacy is like a "Vampire Hunter" type thing.

@@GeneralGigan okay but that would really only work for like the silver sword because you could argue some characters wouldn't be able to use a sword as effectively. But not being able to use garlic, or the wooden stake would be like if kryptonite only effected superman if you had no legacy or armor. It doesn't make sense

@@ImLuc_YT Other characters have been known to use Kryptonite. Again, the reason is so you can be a monster hunter. No point in being a monster hunter if you can just do the things as a character. It makes sense.

Tihyo on this: Not only that, the way the new vampires are made if you were in demonic form you'd actually comparatively be worse, as you couldn't use 90% of your moves. Dracula (classic) plays different than a regular vampire, being more of a "get in close and melee character" where's the legacy is more about swarming the enemy with bat attacks and blood magic. The thing that made demonic form busted was the grappling mechanic exploit, being that you could grab someone and just wail on them, which is not how the move was supposed to be used and was fixed as you'll see in 7.0 so if your argument is "I want demonic form because it was soo good," no it doesn't function like it used to. It's use is damage reduction and transporting people, while restricting your ranged moves (which makes it good for Dracula, but not the reg vampires).
