Yes Izzy, Adrien, Deavon & Charlotte was used to be Luka & Juleka`s friends
Now you know why Izzy was a bit worried & helped Luka when he looks a bit unwell in school
But Luka & Juleka has currently in the series has no idea who they are! I mean seeing Izzy they could definitely not tell that she`s the same girl! (They were friends for 3 months btw)

Why Izzy changed & how they separated?
And you`ve seen Izzy & Adrien was a bit too trusting on humans specially!
Emilie taught them to love human and see them as living beings like themselves & not like a food source
But bcz they`re just kids they`ve got the sight of all humans as saints who can never do anything wrong & all are nice
If they keep that mindset they`ll get them in trouble as Charlotte said
But the adults already know that, that`s why they never let them go anywhere alone
And as they`ll grow up they`ll understand the difference, but they need to grow up for that! But what if something happens before?
They`ll never be able to grow from that bcz they`re still just kids
I wonder what`s gonna happen in the small festival?

One last thing You know when you`re young you just starts to like someone for literally anything! Like that Luka liked Izzy it was just a small childish crush nothing too deep! But Izzy always saw him as her human friend! And at the present line she hates him like all the humans! If nothing then a bit more than others, by seeing Adrien sad, seeing Marinette & Luka close! Bcz she loves her brother more anything
Oh & Fathom here is not Vampire, he`s a Dragon! And Amily is a Vampire!
Felix is also a vampire but his strength & some other features are like Dragons
