I just love you guys. You are genuine. I look forward to every video. I know I don't know you, but I know you are my people and I would love hanging out and riding together. So yeah, really enjoy hanging with good people. Even if it is for 20 mins. Keep on keeping on. Good to see how much you love each other. Actually setting a good example for the next gen.
Hey now you can put like some free air subs to have a lol ole school bumps in the van !!!! Plus it can double as a surround sound system!! Keep it rocking so they don’t come knocking!! 👍🏾
The van build is looking good. And the ceiling does look really nice. Keep up the great work and looking forward to seeing it once it is completed. Take care 🤙✌
We went the NO BUILD route in our Ford Transit 250 Cargo Van but always appreciate seeing the efforts that others put into their builds! Well done! Keep making memories & adventure on! ~Karen & Shannon WOY
Doing a project like this has to be so rewarding, yet massively frustrating as you go along. You two make it look like a halfway fun experience, and that says so much about your relationship, and who you are as people! Great video, I’m so looking forward to seeing the finished product!
I always enjoy your videos and look forward to them. You both have such a great sense of humor and you never fail to bring a smile to my face. The van build is looking great!! Happy Holidays!
No matter what you do, how you design your van, after living with it you will think of ways you'd do it differently. Don't make it harder than it has to be. It will become a work in progress much like a custom bike. Don't freeze and Merry Christmas.
Brian and Heather, great progress! Love seeing your vision come to fruition. You have to expect some little bumps along the way. That's what makes it an adventure. I hope your making a list of all the places that van will take you. I don't recall you giving it a name yet? Merry Christmas. Thanks for Sharing!
Great video. Looking great. I am like Brian. If it isn’t right I’m doing it over. I have to have it pictured in my head before I do it. Merry Christmas. ❤️❤️
Glad to see the video glad to see you guys it's been a while I don't know how to do Instagram so the only time I see is on RU-vid someday I'll learn how anyways plugging away on the van it's looking good I want to say Brian's a little OCD but that's not a bad thing it's good to see you guys I keep looking to see if you put out a new video
Brian looks like this project is getting complicated. Nice to see you posting again . I have been trying to figure out this RU-vid monster. Keep it coming
It's all coming together before you know it you two will be traveling everywhere on the black top, and have a Merry Christmas and a happy new year. 🤘🤘🤘
Morning, if I might inquire, how much useable storage space is occupied by the wheel well box? You are using lithium batteries, right? You know you can stack them, they can lay in any position With your skills you could build a stacking rack around the top of the wheel well, you need all the air circulation you can get, not for cooling but for condensation build up in isolated voids along the outer wall of the van, it collects under the insolation between it and the metal side a=wall of the van, same for the glass, use curtains, don't seal them off,,,,,,,' Might as well cut to the chase, buy an older class C and Reno the interior to fit your need's cause the van is going to get very small inside.
I almost didn’t do a box for the loss of space but instead I made it as small as possible with only room inside for insulation. I did lose a little usable space at the corners but the “shelf” it created more than compensated for that. We decided to not stack the battery’s mostly due to wanting to keep the cable lengths the same for cell balancing since the batteries are on the expensive side of things, plus I wanted to keep that weight as low as possible in case of an accident or something like that. We did use thinsulate insulation so what condensation we did get collecting on the walls, it wouldn’t be absorbed like some of the other insulation choices. We will hopefully do minimal framing in the rest of the build to keep as much width as possible so we don’t lose too much living space. Fingers crossed 🤞
Exceptional ideas you two are coming up with. You have to do it right the first time because if you don’t, cost and tearing it back down to make repairs can be time consuming & stressful. I’m enjoying the build tremendously.
Hey you all, The Van build is getting there, I know this stuff gets a little overwhelming sometimes but it looks like you guys are trying to have a little fun along the way thanks for sharing and just a reminder winter sucks Lol ! Oh stay safe out there and have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Hey Brian. You two sure are ambitious. Love it. anyway, I'm curious about your water tank. Was it custom made to fit over and around your wheel well? Happy New Year to you and Heather.
Yes! It is made to go around the wheel well and is custom to a Promaster. This particular tank is from Curious Campervans. Northwest Conversions also has a similar tank.
