I was born in 1980 and to alot of people my age this guy was a god from like the late 80's to mid 90's. So thanks for these old interviews they are like gold
I do believe for guys like Van Damme the 80’s and 90’s were the greatest years or golden era in movies, at 2000 and after that things changed a lot with the industry, Arnold around 2003 was elected governor, and now with the new apps like Netflix everything changes
English isn't that hard to learn, but he's French from origin which makes it pretty hard. He's being a gentleman en down to earth like always tough! Don't always like his movies, but always liked him as a person!
He's not from italy, he's from scotland. He moved to america at 11. His father's parents were from Italy. Thoug, that makes the interview a tad diffirent imo :) thanks for the heads up.
I've seen Seagal movies when I watch them I see that his fight styles look so fake at least Van Damme is still fit and not bulging like Seagal on his frickin A&E TV SHOW!!!
Awesome guy. Hoped he was going to be in The Expendables. Universal Soldier: The Next Generation is coming out next year so. I guess this might get him back on track.
I have never had anything against JCVD but he said he came to the US with only $1000....here he said he owned a few gyms in Belgium??? Ummm.... Makes you wonder about the "reported" backgrounds of celebs. I mean everyone exagerates a little on their resumes so....to hype up an actor.... Her Jay respcts JCVD with his questioning. Respect him more than Bruce Lee. Assuming most of it is true. THere IS footage and photos of JCVD compeing.
dam then jean was hitting on the girls at an early age. he was born in 1960 and rob van dame was born in 1970 10years apart so i don't think they are related and rob van dame real last name isn't van dame
