Send it to me I know how to use adjustable razors, I've used Gillette adjustable razors and fixed blade razors since 1976. I had one of the Van Der Hagen adjustable and I liked it so much I gave it to a good friend of mine to enjoy, and now it's his daily shaver.
I think adjustable mechanism is meant for men who are switching over to safety razors from the now more common 4 and 5 blade razors. Switching over to a safety blade razor is a completely different shaving experience and it was a big adjustment for me at first. The first time I used a safety razor, it took a lot more time to shave my face and I nicked my face quite a bit in the process.
You give a very disappointing description of using this razor. This makes me curious about and might buy to try it. I just recently saw this razor for sale at a local drug store.
This razor is actually fantastic. I appreciate your honesty, but try using shaving cream at the very least. You are reviewing a product and not even using it properly
