Van driver, ‘showing off’ by weaving in and out of traffic, smashes into car, killing pensioner 

40 months for this is pathetic, taking a life by being so reckless and he'll be out in just over 3 years

And probably won't have learned anything from it....... father of 3 in my street killed 2 women on a crossing , was jailed , released and drives the same way as before accident. Also bombs up & down our 20mph street on a quad (where HIS kids play) .

The oension company will be pleased

Could serve 14 months. None intentional crime that didn't involve dishonesty. So 1/3 of 40 months..
