Really notable that Dave sounded so good. His later years stuff was mostly horrible. His voice is shot. He was screeching and otherwise not doing much of anything, letting Eddie and Wolfie sing choruses, most of the time. But this was great. He didn't duck out or screech.
Wow! Dave sounds great here. This is a fantastic rendition. I have shit on Dave a lot for the "new Roth with VH" band, but he was great here. That is outstanding. It was 11 years ago, so... but still. Most of his live stuff in the later years was terrible. This was A1.
I met Eddie once, I’ll never forget it. He was a gentleman, but the one thing I really loved about the Van Halen’s was their brotherly love and loyalty to each other. A beautiful thing. ❤

Just wasn't a fan of how they tried cramming that kid down our throat..... Having said that, if I was Eddie I probably would have done the same thing for my son, lol
