in brazil we have lot of scania serie 4 torpedo from 1998-2005 but scania was unfair with , they dint make a v8 torpedo for us just 114 n 124 =( the only serie 4 v8 we have is g164 - 480 serie 5 we have r500 to 620 we dont have r730 because we still have euro 5 engine
+Akatcam That it is an 14 litre instead of an 16 litre does not do that much difference. The difference is that on the R-series (modern trucks) it's hard to get a good sound with straight exhaust as it's hard to get by the adblue exhaust purifier.
None of that actually... it has to do with this being a 14.4 litere as well as having dual upright stacks to deepen the sound, plus being loaded heavy does much to enhance the sound.
