My one and only time I went to Mexico was back through the San Ysdiro point. It was awful. Long line and sent to secondary because I didn't give.the CBP a full list of my shopping and he took the 2 smoking apparatuses and threw them on my rental. Thought for sure he was going to break the windshield. All the while freaking out because I thought my now ex had left a small piece of weed wrapped in a napkin in the trunk. Thought I was going to jail. Never been arrested. He assured me he threw it away. CBP finshes break the 2 pipes and sends use to the US. I open the trunk and I kid you not there was the piece of weed. To this day I know someone was watching out for me. CBP even a dog
Not me ! I'm kind of shocked and surprised and VERY wary and scared of those border patrol guards in Mexico! I just wouldn't feel comfortable.I just want to be in the good old USA as my home base; but, travel is fab! I don't care for all this negative talk about America! It' s such a vast, huge, beautiful, diverse country ! most people haven't been to th4 myriad of different places: lots of towns and cities are relatively crime-free and lovely and are empty and vast. It's more crime centered in the denser areas! I love America! God bless America
