When I saw the headline, I wondered how Graham and Sombrita were going to travel... So glad to see they were with you in the passenger area. They are so well behaved, but it's amazing how you are able to do all of this as a family! Welcome home!

I haven't seen one of your videos pop up into my feed in so long I can't remember. .... but my algorhythms off b/c I've been watching totally different content (car repairs and dog grooming!!!!! go figure) ... anyway ... when it popped up I'm like YAY - but didn't really get happy until 8 mins in when Graham first got shown / mentioned. I thought OH NO for the first 7 mins. - no Grammy!!! I was so worried that something happened to him. Welcome to America! :)

It’s great you’re able to have Sombrita in the cabin. I thought pets have to be in a carrier that fit under the seat. I only have little ones and refuse to put them in cargo.

Glad you had a pretty smooth trip back with the angelic Sombrita, and the saintly Graham being so well behaved -- no doubt it was a challenge for all of you, but it sounds like everyone was a rock-star to pull it off! Good to hear Danny's emergency passsport served as a useful distraction, lol. Pretty sure all he really needs to ENTER the country, as a citizen, is generally accepted ID? Birth Certificate or DL? I wonder, while family and friends and all are where you grew up, does anyplace really feel quite like "home" after such an extended time living out of the van? Will you find you're more at home exploring FT after a nice refreshing time with family and familiar comforts? Glad you have some R & R ahead, and excited to see what you get up to next ( and how)! I’m so glad you were able to bring the pets with you inside the plane and not under the plane. I’m looking forward to what the future holds for all of you and hopefully Danny can do a new build van.

Did you buy 3 seats so you get the whole row on the first flight? What was the plan for the 2nd flight if the guy hadn't moved? Puppy just squeeze into the space at your feet? Is it normal with these airlines to let dogs on board like that vs having to go in a crate in cargo? It worked out so well for you.
