I am so happy to have found your channel, I stepped away from a lot of ‘van life youtubers” because I just found it so hard to relate to and it was all too showy for me but your content is perfect! I definitely think it’s true when people say you are authentic! hey Suzi, quick tip for your herbs in the van; if you're planning on planting soft herbs, like parsley or cilantro, be carefull with planting them directly in front of your windows, the windows work as a magnifying glass for sunlight and may well burn those herbs...

Can you make a video explaining how you pay for food, gas, the van and travel.. all of those things and like with the amount of money used? I’m really curious how people living in vans pay for these things.. do you have a job or save up before you do it?? I wanna try living in a van at some point in my life and I want to know every part of it. Thank you💕

Please Susi, you may think you're able to tell but there are people expert at hiding the dangerous side of themselves until it is too late for their victims. So far you've been lucky in your initial assessments - but being wrong just once with the wrong person can, and probably will, end in disaster. And the more often you take these chances, the better the odds are you'll eventually run into a life threatening situation. The bad people I'm talking about are extraordinarily good play actors who know exactly how to portray themselves in a light so positive you cannot imagine the brutality that awaits you once they get you alone. Horrors like this happen every day to someone somewhere who thought, just like you, they were dealing with an individual they'd just met who was nice and could be trusted, finding out the hard way they had it entirely wrong. So please, you must take this warning to heart Susi. You have to be much more wary & restrictive when dealing with people you've just met if you want to insure your safety. If not for yourself, consider the excruciating life long pain and suffering your friends and family will have to endure if something nefarious ever happens to you. Damage of any kind to your beautiful soul, and there is no doubt it is as lovely a soul as can be, would be a tragedy of terrific proportion so please, stop making it easy for someone to hurt you.

Cute video. Your dog is so small you could probably put him in a crossbody bag and take him into the store with you. I doubt anyone would say a thing if you're carrying him. You must be so careful keeping him alone in your van. Heat temperatures rise much, much higher and quicker inside a vehicle than outside which makes it extremely dangerous for our pets and kids. He's a little cutie-pie. ♡

We have cod fish here in Jamaica. However, we call it salt fish. It was the same here as well in that it was once for the poor. Now it is getting expensive. Thanks for sharing

You are just so sweet. I love how you have the van decorated. Boho type style and French shabby chic. I AM THAT WAY AS WELL. I can sense the good and "bad" in people. You're good to not buy so much when you're hungry. Oh oh....Would you be able to take more photos of houses as you drive by? That is one thing that I absolutely love to do, even here in my own home town I loved going down side streets and you would never believe and this is a testimony that people can sense the goodness in me to. There was this one house and they had the outside like a cave type of a deal and I knocked on the door and ask them how did you make that you know with concrete and she started telling me with chicken wire and concrete in line and she said you want to come inside I'm like okay I'm telling you what girl I walked into a Home & Garden Magazine they had it like a cave but a Tropical Paradise they had a waterfall coming against the the the wall there and it went into this big beautiful water fountain it was amazing. Probably about 2 months ago I had my little friends over there two little girls 10 years old and 4 years old and they call me their aunt and we stopped at a drive-thru and I saw this Dome and I said hey what's that over there is. So we get up there and it's just like a castle and it has the name of it and I said what is this so I said well let's go so I drive up there and I said stay in the car so I knock on the door and I asked him I said is this Museum and the lady said no it's actually a house and the man rents it out like a hotel room type of the deal. I said oh wow that's fascinating she said you want to come in I said okay well I have my two little girls here with me and they said that's fine that's great so we went inside oh my gosh well it was fabulous but it's just like a testimonial that they trusted me these other people and I trust down and you know you just asking you don't know until you ask but you know what I found that people from other countries are more open and trusting than American people although I am not one of them you know I felt so many people I'm surprised I'm alive for not taking helping somebody on the side of the road and getting killed or whatever but again I can sense it the goodness in people.

Tip on the desalting cod fish. You don't have to soak it for a couple days. Just boil it in a pot of water for about 10 minutes then take two forks and shred it apart. (This will allow you to get rid of the salt on the inside) then put it back in the same water and continue to boil for another 5 mins or so. Of course taste it when done. If too salty wash in fresh water.

Rice & tuna is actually good for a dog even if they had a sensitive stomach 👍🏼...it’s funny - I’m American but have taught my dogs in German and they listen SO much better to me. ❤️🐶 ***if your van is insulated, Penyo (sp?) should be very well. (I am a Vet Tech 💛)

I know you think you know people but don't be so trusting but I live in South Florida and would never think of being so trusting with you , your dog and your van.
