Lear Miller first became a professional Biker in his earlier years and then turned his hobby of taking photos into a new profession and now lives full-time in a camper van. Lear self-converted a Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 170 wheel base inside an airplane hangar. He is currently traveling the states shooting everything from resort campaigns, branding for bike companies and other larger brands like Red Bull.
Once you step inside, you’ll immediately know why it’s named the Van Yacht. Looking almost like a studio apartment, inside the living room is made up by front swivel seats and a kitchen dinette table. The overhead pantry is all connected so you can run longer times all the way through. Like any home, his van comes complete with a full shower and toilette to make living on the road much easier. For a closet, his 10 inches wide inlet can hold up to 20 shirts and shoes. The coolest part of the van to Lear is the garage which houses his 3 bikes and had a pull-out feature.
Van Life for Lear is about the opportunity to enjoy his passions and not blame his location as the excuse. Not only is he saving money but being on the road opens up the opportunities to take more jobs and not be landlocked to one location.
