If anything at all it’s a case of gratification not corruption but a weak case of gratification nonetheless. Where is the proof that they stopped talking about the so called vbs after accepting the money? Where is the proof that they accepted the money and owned the vbs account? Where is the proof that they used the money? All we have are the words of a criminal

Affidavit is someones statements it actually means almost nothing without evident to the statements made. Reading that affidavit you can tell that there is no proof that Malema and Shivambu received the money infact the Affidavit does admit that the money did not go to Malema's Account or EFF's Account. But we know that there is a smear campaign against EFF to discredit its leaders for what they stand for that is why they report about this matter as if there is anything for someone who really read and follow the news not relying on the main stream media will know that there is nothing against the EFF. In short there is nothing new in that Affidavit it is everything we already know that is going no where there wont be a case against Malema and Shivambu or EFF.
