Well, Brazil doesn't have a huge fighters fleet, but our pilots must 9G certified if they want to fly. These pilots in the video are fainting with 4 to 6 Gs, they will have a lot of training to do, or they won't be able to fly anything.
Yes this is just a spoof. A lot of graduatung classes do stuff like this to have long lasting memories. That being said, most of these pilots don't become fighters, more like transport or refueling. So if you are worried about these pilots, most of them are the ones you don't need to worry about losing a battle with, as they won't be fighters
