Hi dear writing fr the first time but a grit fan of ur vlogs . You mentioned about headache n leg pain n u said you had not had water .so fr that you can have a sachet of electrol powder in a litre water on your journey or bfr starting or if u think you can’t have water adequately . This will help you n you will not b tired so much. Coz your symptoms r mor of dehydration. We want our friend to b all smiley always❤

Went down the memory lane. I had gone to conference in Fall 2014 at the same Vancouver convention center and remember getting awestruck by the beautiful views all around. I was amazed to see the waterplanes taking off and landing for the first time. Cant wait to visit Vancouver again.
