There may soon be fewer spots to sit outside and have a drink in Vancouver, as restaurant owners fear the city’s new public patio guidelines are coming on too quick and with too hefty of a price tag. Ashley Burr reports.

well, Vancouver restaurant owners should be happy that the government allow them to open their business. way better than another life saving mandate for shutting down their business. so don't complain
