Police are trying to identify and catch up with the individual who is leaving graffiti all over Cheltenham Township, causing thousands of dollars in damage.
A Cheltenham Township police officer caught him in the act on March 25 as his dashcam video was rolling. The man dropped his paint can, and bolted away on his bicycle.
Now that police have a clear picture of the suspect, they need the public's help to identify him.

jail makes graffiti writers have to adapt into harder criminals. offer arts programs and the ability to participate in commmunity art so its not all just tags and throws. those will always stay but they will b more pieces and stuff that takes time if you let it.

You're absolutely correct my friend was a well known writer in the city and jail ruined him he ended up hurting him self and is no longer with us and even though he tagged the community still loved his art work. We miss him everyday and wish he was still here. 🙏
