Yogyakarta is a beautiful city with a special privilege; diverse in culture, feeling comfortable and safe, and various unique culinary as well as it exotical tour. Unfortunately, this beautiful city becomes a victim of vandalism. This video is an overview of the problems and we try to provide some alternatives regarding the problem, Vandalism.

What I love about this topic is how I was completely unaware that these graffiti or the art work I saw on walls and buildings were vandalism! This video brought awareness to the disrespect vandalism has towards Yogyakarta's city's authenticity and aesthetic! Good job, especially the "wall mural" - very inspiring!

Vandalism is a big concern for us. I didnt aware of it until the university oblige us to sign on the statement letter that contain our agreement to not doing any vandalism in the campus area. In fact, they threat us with the same punishment as using drugs and narcotics. Very nice video! Hopefully we can keep the public goods and spaces free from vandalism.

As one of the most popular tourist destinations, it is awful to find vandalism is still happening in Yogyakarta. It used to be a frequently discussed topic but now many people are starting to neglect this issue. It’s great that you guys decided to choose this topic to remind and raise people’s awareness on vandalism. Great job!

I think this issue is interesting because I never knew that vandalism is something that the city is struggling on, and I always thought that it's part of an artistic act instead of an illegal act that should be redirected towards different media

This group provides an excellent explanation and understanding on the vandalism problem in Yogyakarta. It is indeed one of the issues that annoys Yogyakarta citizen! Aside from the laws that prohibits vandalism, I personally think that it is also a matter of perception and ethics. The easy way to say it is that it is rude to stain or write or do anything on something that’s not yours, right? Anyways, good work group 6!
