You don't have to go to the town centre to see this, all parts of Barrow have some vandalism, buildings that have been empty for years, I went up 79 Roose Road to my grans old house, next to the Co-op, it looked awful, the garden up front looked like a bloody jungle, and where the fish and chip shop was is now a Thai take away in Worcester Street. I walked down Cambridge Street to Salthouse, the cinema was gone, as was that lovely Sass advert on the bridge, how times have changed, and sadly for the worst.
