i've met Vanessa (Michelle) couple of times . i was her grandmas aide & when she would go over she would always sing for hours (practicing for auditions) she was very sweet & would have small convos lol & her family were such great people . miss working with her grandma but she's in a better place now 💕

Yeah not watching this. I don't wanna tolerate nor normalize immediately fetching another lady when you just wrecked somebody else's heart. There are so many ways to get around it without hurting people. And 4 years? Just like this? No wonder she became crazy. He could not be man enough to end it with her when he's no longer seeing her as his future. He immediately jumps on another girl who "comforts" him (and yes, that is deliberate seduction). No consideration to give her closure at all. Not closing chapters of his life properly. No matter how crazy she was, she gave you 4 years of her blissful youth.

I’m sooo sad there’s no season 2....this was such a good show to get all our minds off the pandemic...

I don’t believe that people should lead people on in relationships by no means. But I also agree that being incompatible and not willing to hear or acknowledge the signs is on you. Now, Vanessa seems like a dominant personality which is fine and awesome but she needs someone to mellow her out. And he obviously isn’t it.

It's so sad. A story of my life when it comes to great TV shows. I remember this show. Watched every episode fell in love with it and it didn't get renewed. I don't understand why good show especially ones that I love. Always get kicked to the curb and they keep bull crap on forever. I don't know, I'm might be reaching but does Vanessa's roommate seem a bit imaginary. We only see her from Vanessa's perspective. For instance the scene, the fridge with full of ice cream. Have lived with roommates, no one will be okay with that.

ABC ruined my life by not bringing this show back for season 2. I honestly loved/hated having to wait a whole week to watch the episodes but damn if it didn't feel good when they came on, on Mondays .

If I had the money I could easily bet 10 to 1 that ABC will screw it up and lose that program if they haven't already I've been out of the loop for a lot of stuff but I love that program along with the good doctor and designated survivor and I even remember commander-in-chief they screwed that one up you went from number three when it was only three networks to number one and now you're probably five or six with everything else that came in !
