Jev, I was doing some testing and it seems that killing zombies with melee is good for like 10 to 15 zombies, then the xp you get is exponentially less up to 35 kills. Per 35 zombie kills, gun kills grant you around 1900 xp and melee grants you 1500. Just thought I would let you and others know.

Rewatching your Vanguard videos while I work. That’s funny you mentioned turning off the gore because it’s exhausting. I’ve been playing Vanguard about a week and a half now, and I am also sick of seeing Polina’s head explode with the tongue hanging out, or legs blown off. I feel like Sledgehammer goes the extra mile with this stuff. Like the blood spraying the “camera” in WW2. I actually kinda miss that one. But body mutilation is exhausting when it’s not a zombie or a demon.

Jev if you get your weapon at least packed by round two or three and then go to transmit get to a area of the map you like with the orb and stand at the edge without moving the orb you can get thousands of kills at the level and if you get bullet return from headshots you can endlessly kill and level
