Hello. I work in medicine 50 hours a week. I see terminally-ill people on a daily basis. I found out one of my regular patients passed away today. I also deal with entitled people who just want to "feel better," and I give them just as much care. Sometimes, it makes one feel like he's losing touch or connection with humanity. A friend of mine sent me this, telling me how it made me think of his wife. The line, "I'll be at the bottom," personally struck me.
