These are the remainings of a Vanilla WoW PvP movie which was never supposed to be released.
I have 1TB of clips on my old computer for a 40-minute video. Unfortunately, there is no way I can render it as the computer will keep crashing if I try. Hopefully, you will still enjoy these clips!

Fuck yeh man this is how I always imagined my Vanilla WoW mage pvp to be. Of course I don't know how well I could have pulled it off but you did everything I always wanted with the use of engineering, 1vX wPVP and your gameplay style. I know there are alot of Vanilla videos out there, but Goth, Perplexity and now you are considered my Must watch, and highly skilled players.

Good old times. I was also part of it us raptor for a while. I remember you and all other, but I played on so many vanila servers and I have no idea what was my name on the feenix. I also quit early and when I came back everyone was t3 :D I usually played a undead priest named Desert/Agresive.

4/9 T3 1/5 T2.5 Crystal Webbed Robes / Necro-Knight's Garb Mish'Undare / Goblin Rocket Helmet / Gnomish Mind Control Cap Gnomish Rocket Boots Wraith Blade / Furbolg Medicine Pounch / Skull of Impending Doom Trinkets: Mind Quickening Gem, Shard of the Fallen Star, Reflectors I usually have bit more items in my arsenal but keep in mind that this movie was after all just a few clips :)

What do they use arcane missles for? I got a super geared mage on classic already but I'm a glad mage from retail and new to vanilla pvp so my thinking is like...well if you get kicked on arcane that's bad because then you can't cs. Or maybe they aren't really thinking about counterspells at all and it's just about getting some quick/easy damage out...and if you happen to bait a kick/cs on arcane thats fine anyways because you can just free cast frost/fire.

awesome plays but u should get a stopcasting cancelaura macro for your iceblock so u dont have to manually cancel your casts with a step that saves u 1second aswell ;) keep up the good job - pro level plays pulling my hat

even though I usually rape face in pvp, I'm not even half as good as you... My biggest problem is panicking when I start fighting multiple people... You have complete control over the fights, you're at god tier for pvp bro, can't wait to see more!

Adam Haun hes a mage, they control the fight from start to finish if played correctly. Rogues do the same, just with element of suprise. Dont panic, cc 1, cc2 and kill 3rd. Know your binds, cds etc and keep in mind what cds enemy has used etc. Ive played 'With' Iolwtf and against him, he dies like any clothie, altho he puts up a hell of a fight.

he plays a frostmage in naxx gear... so much cc and with the crit increase for frostnova targets he can blast everything away and perfectly time his bursts... its like heaven dude not hard at all and on top of that he is engineer give me half the gear and i will feel unstoppable :)

It takes quick decisionmaking, fast reactions, situational awareness even when going in for the kill and excellent game knowledge (playing around blinds and other class abilities). If you check retrowow there are shitloads of naxxgeared mages, some who even play a lot and I've yet to see a single one who can pull off this shit.

Like the video a lot. Best part about playing a horde mage in vanilla is that you don't have to deal with shamans. Guess I'm gonna roll a shaman once again just to make alliance life miserable.

Does polymorph not have a DR? It seems like you could keep people CCed forever as long as you recast. Other than, this video was amazing. So many well timed uses of items/abilities. You clearly have mastery of your mage. I think I’m going to start with a dwarf priest in Classic. Now I’m strongly considering a mage... nice video!
