Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon of starch
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of milk powder
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, starch granulated sugar, and milk powder. Whisk the ingredients together until fully incorporated.
