One of my favorite authors once said that short stories are like unfinished artwork. The reader fills it up with their own thoughts, hopes, and fantasies. Since I listened to this story, I have been filling up the aching hole in my heart trying to find the best possible way to make Vanka's dream come true.

অসম্ভব সুন্দর গল্প। যেমন সাবলীল অনুবাদ, তেমন সুন্দর উপস্থাপনা। মস্কো শহর, ছোট্ট ভাঙ্কার কষ্ট..... সবই যেন মূর্ত হয়ে উঠেছে শীর্ষেন্দু আর স্বাগতার স্বরের যাদুতে। এ গল্পের স্বাদ অন্যের সঙ্গে ভাগ না করে পারা যায় না। ❤

তান্ত্রিক র প্রেত এর অসহ্য যন্ত্রনা শুরু করেছে চারিদিকে তার মাঝে আপনাদের channel ভালোবাসা ছড়িয়ে দিছে এই ধরণের গল্প সত্যিই মন এ দাগ কাটে 💞💞💞

ভীষন অবাক করে যখন যোগ্য হয়েও কেউ তার যোগ্যতার প্রকৃত মূল্য পায়না.....যাক এগিয়ে যাও আমাদের মতো গুটি কয়েক শ্রোতা তোমাদের সাথে জুড়ে থাকবো কথা দিলাম। ❤️❤️❤️

খুব সুন্দর। ছোট্ট ভাঙ্কা কে খুব কাছের কেউ বলে মনে হলো । ঠিক যেটুকু অভিনয়ের দরকার ছিল একদম সেটুকুই আছে । এভাবেই এগিয়ে যান।

It's heartbreaking to see that you don't get the recognition and appreciation that you deserve. Trust me, it deeply saddens your admirers as well. First of all, I have no qualification to give you any suggestion. But, since, I am a regular listener of many audio story channels, so, I think that I should let you know my personal opinion regarding this. I have noticed one thing that a lot of Bengalee audience like Bengali stories more than foreign stories. Most Bengalees (in my opinion) cannot identify with the foreign stories. Personally, I like to listen to foreign stories. But, I have seen many Bengalee audience complaining against foreign stories at other audio story channels including Radio Mirchi Sunday Suspense. I think an average Bengalee listener finds it a bit difficult to understand the plot, cultural significance and character development of foreign stories. Many readers/listeners want an opportunity to identify themselves with the characters of a story. In case of foreign stories, that opportunity is slim to none. That's why, they waana read/listen to a Bengali story (classic or contemporary) where the plot, setting and characters will be familiar to them. I think, in general, very few people are interested in exploring other cultures. Most Bengali audio story channels are obsessed with tantra, mantra, black magic, dakini, yogini, pisach, thakur, devata, zamindar bari, mythological stories etc. Although these stories are monotonous and extremely annoying at times, but, these stories give them views and likes since they are based on elements of Bengali culture. Some foreign stories are exception to this like the Sherlock Holmes series. Since Sherlock Holmes is extremely popular all over the world, Bengalees have accepted Holmes as one of their own. Bengalees don't think of Holmes as a foreign character. So, they don't have a problem to identify with Holmes' stories. According to me, if you work with Bengali stories (both classic and contemporary) of popular genres (like: horror, suspense, mystery, adventure, romance) besides foreign stories, then, it might reach to a larger section of audience. I am not asking you to compromise with quality. There are a lot of talented Bengali writers writing amazing stories on the aforementioned genres. I have said before that Swagata di's stories are impeccable. It would be great if you did more Vale of Tales Originals. As far as I can remember, the stories of Vale of Tales Originals got very decent views. So did most stories of the Vale of Tales Contemporary. Shirshendu da and Swagata di, please don't take it otherwise. As I am an ardent follower of you and an admirer of your works and I want only the best for you, I thought I needed to share my views with you. It was not my intention to hurt you anyway. If I offended you unintentionally, then, I am sincerely apologising to you. Please don't be angry with your younger sister (Although, you address me as "didi" but, actually, I am younger to you). Finally, I wanna say that Vale of Tales is my most favourite audio story channel and I do consider you as my family members. It might sound flattering but, I am saying this from the bottom of my heart. Come what may, I will be always with you. Sorry for the long post 🙏🏽

অদ্ভুত সুন্দর একটা গল্প - চোখে পানি এসে গেল - ওই ছোট্ট ছেলেটার কথা শুনে আমার দুই আদরের ছোট্ট ভাগ্নিকে মনে পড়ে গেল - ওরাও তো আমার কাছ থেকে অনেক দূরে থাকে - ঈদ বা বাড়ির যেকোনো উৎসবে ওদের কথা খুব মনে পড়ে - খুব কষ্ট লাগে

I really like foreign stories. Most channels are so full of stories with tantra, gram banglar bhoot, Indian mythology etc. Since I listen regularly I get truly bored with the same pattern. It is like I already know what is going to happen next. We know most mythological figures and their works that's why the stories based on Indian mythology doesn't awe me either. That's why I always escape to foreign stories because I get to know something new every time! About their culture, their lifestyle, different mythological beliefs and it is more entertaining when I get to relate those cultures, rituals with our own culture and mythology. Thank you "Vale of Tales" for all the stories. They really excite me a lot.

৩-৪ দিন হল আপনাদের চ্যানেলের খোঁজ পেলাম সেই থেকে ইউটিউবে এসেই একবার করে ঢুঁ মেরে যাচ্ছি। কি পরিমাণ ডেডিকেশন নিয়ে কাজ করে যাচ্ছেন তা ঠিক পৌঁছে যাচ্ছে আমাদের মতো শ্রোতাদের কাছে। বই পড়া মানুষের সংখ্যা এখন কমতির দিকে। এমন একটা চ্যানেল থাকলে তা দিয়ে অনেককে ফিরিয়ে আনা যাবে বলে আমার বিশ্বাস। ভাঙ্কা গল্পটা চোখে জল এনে দিল। এত সহজাত ছিল কন্ঠের আবেগগুলো! মনে হচ্ছিল সত্যিই যেন ভাঙ্কাই বলছে।

প্রিমিয়ারে কোনোদিনই প্রায় থাকতে পারিনা এটা ঠিক তবে প্রতিটা গল্পই পরে সময়মতো শুনি। রাগ করবেন না একটা কথা বলতে চাই, ব্রাম স্ট্রোকারের ড্রাকুলা শোনার এতদিন পর একটা ভালো গল্প শুনলাম। আপনাদের ওয়ার্ল্ড লিটারেচার নিয়ে কাজগুলো এত ভালো লাগে বলেই শুনি। কিন্তু গল্পের দৈর্ঘ্য টাও একটা বড় ফ‍্যাক্টর। বড় ধরনের সুন্দর উপস্থাপনাগুলো শুনতে যথেষ্টই ভালো লাগে। আপনাদের কাছে আগাথাক্রিষ্টির বড় এরকুল পোয়ারো, মিস মারপল, পার্কার পাইন উপস্থাপনের রিকোয়েস্ট আগেও একবার রেখেছিলাম আবারো করছি রিকোয়েস্ট। শোনালে খুব খুশি হব।

I read this story way back when I was in school. তারপর আজ তোমাদের গলায় শুনলাম। কী আর বলব নতুন করে Vale of Tales এর পরিবেশনা সম্বন্ধে। শুধু বলতে চাই, হাল ছেড়ে দিও না তোমরা। আমরা যারা তোমাদের channel কে ভালোবাসি, তোমাদের গলায় গল্প শুনতে ভালোবাসি, তাদের জন্য please একটু ধৈর্য্য ধরো ❤️
