I have wide feet, these fit fine, but may need to cut the tongue straps, as they are a bit tight on top. Vans was buy one, get one at half price. Got 2 pairs for $125. Got them last night, going to skate them tonight.
I had to check out the new lizzie, like you suggested. I definitely think that low top is the move. I like the upper of the Rowan, but that sole, makes it a no for me. All the Best,
I’ve only skated Rowan’s for 3.5 years (20+ pairs) and was so excited for these new ones. Been skating em for 3 days now. The upper is epic, but the sole is sooooo different and bulky. They’re comfy as heck so I’d say check em out, but skate completely different than the old ones. Hate to say vans was trying to jump on the “dunk” trend, but sure seems like that was the thought.
I bet they’d be sick in olive or brown. Kinda remind me of the vans trench from mid ‘90s maybe ‘96. Was a cupsole, one of my all-time favorite skate shoes. One of only a few I got back to back
FYI the insoles are really easy to remove. Just copped these and its literally 2-3 small drops of glue for anyone wondering or wanting to replace the insoles to something better.
Yeah for sure. I don’t like to say that fully in a video because sometimes they’re glued in pretty good and it may leave an uncomfortable lump of foam you gotta pick out.. sometimes it doesn’t go smoothly! Haha
Another day of David reminding me I'm a "Humanoid", and definitely not AI. My Rowan 1s were so narrow, I'm hoping the Rowan 2s can accommodate my half size up without being too long for my foot! A half size up in Old Skool Pro Style 112 was great, but too long at the toebox.
The Rowan 2s look sick, but the Half-Cab narrow toe is a bit worrisome for me. I tried the half-cab on for the first time last year, and the toe was pretty narrow on me. And I'm a size 13. I was so disappointed, because the half-cab was on my shoe bucket list. I hope the Rowan 2s would, at least, have a size 14 that I could try.
They have a roster of people in line for shoes. Politically they couldn’t just be like “I know you’ve all been waiting for shoes but now we have reynolds so you’re gonna wait longer”
@@DavidBluetile I dont mean like a signature Shoe, just in generell having such a shoe. On new balance he has no shoe either, but just more stuff for those needs
I looked at the materials again when I got to work today. I think they look good. I think most of the recycled products are in the foam and in the plastics.
