This is cool but the judging didnt really feel fair. The younger or unknown guys got the scores and the discussion about the score for Mateus seemed extremely weird. "Its a 7" "I would give it a 6" "I think 5" - 5 given

Great surfers and obviously entertaining, but the best thing about Stab High was the lack of timed heats and no tournament format. Leave that to the WSL. This just doesn't have that same raw feel of a strike mission/competition hybrid that the earlier seasons had.

Nice concept....but those commentators vocabulary is extremely poor. I got the feeling they can t articulate more than three words.

I took a shot every time I heard OMG. I'm beyond wasted. Format sucks. Listening to the judges OMG, and overhype every lame air was cringe. Costa Rica was better.

Bias judges too lots of favoritism and shade thrown but thats a whole other thing

Surfing air tricks are Stupid. Air moves come from skateboarding, where you have a fixed solid landing spot. To do an air on a wave, you are sacrificing your knees, ankles , legs to a gamble. What will you land on? You don't know. Airs have ruined the health of the greatest surfer on this generation John John Florence. The WSL does not care if a surfer is able to continue riding the wave, they give Felipe Toledo a 10 for jumping in the air and then straightening out. If you want to see great airs, go to a skatepark. If you can't continue making the wave after an air, the it sucks.
