Vantawng Waterfall, Mizoram's highest & most amazing 

In our childhood, we learnt Vantawng Falls Story. Here we go.... Long time ago a man name Vangtawnga went forest for hunting animals . At night he tired and slept just top of that fall. Next day he woke up and he knew/ discover that he was slept whole night on the top of that fall. And later named Vantawng Falls.... That amazing places.... Plus i kinna like the way you Pronounce VANTAWNG itz almost sound like some Chinese Name.. i kinna find it funny but love it though... Next Time Do come and Visit Phawngpui Tlang (Ita a mountain) but itz kinna far from Aizawl. Its in The Southside of Mizoram

3 of us friends from W Bengal tried for it in 2018 but reached serchip district. Thanks to wrong google map location! Very bad roads. The taxi drivers in Aizawl could not understand our pronunciation of vantawng! Everyone was confused. Anyway, good overall experience of Mizoram. Great place.
