Varicocele is a vein. If you look at the structure of the vein, you will find a valve inside the vein. The valve prevents blood from flowing downwards. If the valve becomes defective, the size of the vein increases. This is called Varicocele.

After human evolution, when we started walking on two feet instead of four, the pressure on the upper body started coming down to the lower body. Due to this, pressure is applied on the veins and Varicocele occurs. Minor Varicocele is common in males. If your job requires you to stand or sit for long periods or if you suddenly start doing heavy weight training, then it is inevitable.
