Our casinos don’t have these “bankroll builders” so it’s real tough to find a good, low volatility machine to help me make my allotment last. However, I have had consistent luck on Lotus Flower (in the older cabinet), and Mega Meltdown hits okay, but not very often. I still have yet to actually build a good bankroll.

I noticed the Red Hawk casino in Northern CA dragon links seem to spin faster than other dragon links I have played at other casinos. Can the casino program the slots to spin faster than normal speed? It was not hitting anything just sucked up money like crazy. Maybe you can do a video on something like this? Question…..you’re always talking about volatility and I understand what that means. But, how do you know exactly where each game sits on the volatility scale? I get the old school games, you can just look at the payout schedule….but the newer games like the Huff and Puff games that have so many variations on bonus rounds which is really where most people win money, how do you figure out where games like that sit on the volatility scale?
Determining volatility can often times be difficult. The easiest way to remember it is the more game has (features, bonuses, high progressives, etc) the more difficult the game will be. It should also be noted that volatility goes in tandem with your budget. This is why it is recommended for smaller budgets to start on lower in volatility games. Newer games, such as Huff and puff, are considered to be higher in volatility because of the in-depth bonus rounds and difficult to obtain higher prize amounts.
The higher volatility games have fewer line hits and the ones you get pay poorly. You are only making a profit if you can get the bonus. Huff n Puff definitely falls in that category, especially the newer versions. More features but miniscule line hits. Sometimes, even the features pay poorly as well.

In your next live, can you do a side-by-side comparison of the paytable of one you prefer and something like this? When you say its slightly more volatile because the multipliers, all I see is an additional symbol so it doesnt look much different to me.
Double Diamond Deluxe has been re-leased in a new cabinet. Saw someone playing a 9 line version. Also saw original Top Dollar in a new cabinet ealrier this year in Vegas at El Cortez(single payline)
