I am from Rajasthan, but in love with Uttarakhand's folk songs and music. The soft vocals combined with melodious music is such a heavenly experience. I was unaware of Uttarakhand having such a rich cultural heritage, but now can't get over this beautiful place surrounded by the Great Himalayas, filled with the blessings & aura of Maa Nanda Devi

Thankyou for uploading this..I searched these videos. U r doing great work for our culture...I am in my early 20s..I bought up in city far away from my village in Pithoragarh..In my childhood ,there were r old Aamas who use to sing some very old folks songs..Folk songs about our kul devtas/Devi's..I don't know if anyone from my generation can sing these folks.I was thinking if someone record all these old woman folks songs/stories digitally it will be great contribution from us to pass this beautiful culture, knowledge to our future generations.
