I don't care about all these comments about Anushka, I love her she's killing the game, she's producing and owns a company with her brother, she's making amazing movies like NH10 it has to be one of my favourites from Bollywood ever, she's a great actor and I loved the conversations it was nice cause we've not seen them together in a movie and it wasn't as hectic as a round table 😊

Great interview. I love the way young actors are approaching cinema. Seems like there is hope for bollywood now. Fantastic point made by Varun. Why do SRK and Salman have to be compared? If not for that we would have been spared from Jai ho and Chennai Express. Its high time bollywood stops chasing 200 crores and realize that quality films will automatically result in box office success.

This interview has so much content in it❤️ truly loved it. I don’t think anushka was over enthusiastic but she was herself. She just laughs out aloud and smiles and talks fast just like a normal damn person. If they’re actors/stars , that doesn’t mean they have to pretend someone they’re not. She always be’s herself and i love her for that. So excited for #SuiDhaaga even though not a mahatma supporter. Will watch the film for varun amd anushka ❤️

woo... that was awesome .... keep bringing us gems like this Anupama ma'm ..... can you do some segment where only directors talk abt movies... that will be gr8 ..... still far more better than all the promotional shit on T.V. and anuska sharma is on the roll man .. i mean she is doing all the gr8 movies ... anushka is in my 3 most anticipated movie of the year 1) NH10 (i became exited abt this after watching the trailer ) 2) bombay velvet (hey come on its anurags movie how can you not feel exited abt the movie ) 3)Dil dhadakne do (coz i love zoya and farhan ) ...kudos ........

still remember the 1st time saw the promo..just had some really positive vibes about it and varun's intro was mind blowing but saw some really negative remarks on the net..blogs and stuff showing surprise as to why Varun Dhawan is even cast in such a role glad they're proved wrong and are all silent now :) bes of luck guys

So refreshing to see actors taking up such challenging projects. Today Birdman took away all the top Oscars, is it so difficult to create somthing similar in India? I dnt think so...it just needs a lot of backing both from the media as well as production houses. Real actors will always be hungry for good performances and not just the commercial success.

The actors said make it about the film, but the way they are answering and not letting the directors speak... They must be always making it about themselves... The interview was interesting but would have been better if the directors spoke as much or rather not be in the discussion... Good attempt 😃

That was soooo amazing while Anushka n varun talks.. I feel soooo good..by watching them Varun just replied me 3 days before .. Im an Anushkaholic she always talk soooooo fastly that which I never do.. Lol they both said to follow each others film accounts sooo I have done it n subbed film companion also.. I really look forward to these discussions but I am afraid Anushka Sharma's enthusiasm is too much for me to bear. She cuts people off and doesnt let other guests talk. I was really interested in what the directors had to say because it was their story end of the day. I know shes excited but that woman needs to calm down!

Anupama, you are obviously very charmed by these two actors, however, since you are in the room and you invited the directors to sit there, you should make an attempt to give the directors, who actually did the heavy lifting in these films, equal time. They are sitting there as background ambiance for the actors (particularly Anushka). They, the directors, deserve more respect.

These actors give tons of interviews and always talk about themselves as they are so self absorbed. Why didnt they let the directors talk about their movies for once and talk about how they conceived the idea, how they got the project rolling, what challenges they faced during the making etc. ?

Good stuff but seriously these actors are too self absorbed to let the directors talk. These days directors have become props in their own film's promotions. But, I guess its better than before, when they were nowhere in the scene.

Hope you also comment on the videos where the hero doesn't let the heroine talk at all and keeps interrupting and cutting her off, which is almost every film promotion interview ever. Eg. Hrithik and Katrina in bang bang promotions.

There are so many discussions about offbeat cinema but for me the let down in Indian movies are - The fact that they are too slow(best example first half of the movie bang-bang) otherwise everyone loves a good story - The show prices are also a reason.. - Watching film like Hawaizyada (they had a good story to tell but told it in the worst possible way)the fact is that now there are many bad directors in bollywood who make slow movies or movies with so many unnecessary song or movie like Action jackson I don't see a movie as offbeat or main stream I read the reviews and whats the movie about and then decide to watch it or not.
