How much did I train ? 3 sets of 12 slow reps a day every 2-3 days. Make sure that the weight is high enough so that you can hardly do 12 reps. Also put the band at the bottom of your fingernails, if you can’t then put it closer to your palm and slowly get it closer to your fingernails as you get stronger !!

I have skinny forearms, Can you tell me if these sets are enough to improve every forearm muscle because I do exercise and I have substantial biceps and triceps. Its only the forearm part I lack the most.

@@Srimanth438 I stopped doing the handgrippers and started doing wrist curls with 15 pound weights and I think it works better than hand grippers I do 2 sets of 60 reps for each arm and I see differences in my veins popping out hope this helps 😎👍

@@tyrapp2202 My grip is exceptionally weak for whatever reason (always has been) so it didn't surprise me that my finger extensors are weak af too. Still, I was surprised how tight even the lightest of the three was when I got them and I had to build up to it with simple rubber bands. I only did my first sets with the actual thing yesterday so can't really comment on that yet lol. I can make an update in a month or so but it should be noted that I'm doing all kinds of forearm work atm to finally overcome my grip bottleneck.

Okay, I bought those back in 2019 to see if they’d help my elbow tendonitis. I used them for months. While driving, at work, pretty much any time I wasn’t using my hands to do something. No change. Guarantee, bro is occluding venous blood flow (in one part, he’s pinching his bicep right in front of y’all’s faces) causing blood flow restriction. As I suspected, he’s got a purchase code. He’s making money off of gullibility. You want veins in your forearms? Grow some muscle, get lean enough to see said muscle, and get a pump frequently throughout the day so you always look jacked. It’s as easy as resting at the top of a push-up/holding a plank for more that 30 seconds. Blood will collect in your arms. Better yet, grease the groove with push-ups all day. Stop falling for bullshit, people.

Thank you! someone who knows this vid is a load of bullsht. Supplement companies also sell pump capsules to increase blood flow when exercising to give you temporary pump/vascularity if anyone is interested.

@@roberttorveins has nothing to do with "genetics" whatsoever. Typically the forearm is one of the places on your body with a low overall fat%. lowering your overall body fat percentage will inclued it and make it easier. If you provoke your forearm with those gadgets/exercises. it's gonna "cut" your fat on your arms and convert it to muscle pushing the muscles closer to the skin.

This works with a mix of him already being low bodyfat, building of muscle beneath the veins and as the dude above stated genetics. Every body with muscle and vein structure is different thereby genetics even play a very big role in it.

You won't ever get big muscles, because pulley-weights work only on strength , not on the muscular volume, you have to lift heavy weights if you want to grow them big, these are two different types of workout, strength is when nervous system is cranking up the amount of muscle fibres involved into the physical exercise (it's not all fibres getting involved, it's not sufficient, but you can grow it by permanent exercising), and muscle growth is when the muscle cells nuclei divide & procreate

Ever since I’ve seen your first forearm grip strengthner video, I’ve purchased one on Amazon and it’s worked incredibly, my veins pop out more and my forearms kinda grew too, and I train mostly my left arm since it’s smaller but the product definelty works, I should probably show my results after three months or something like that

It would be cool If I could get arms like that one day. But for now I have a lot of fat on them sadly... I hope I will be generally slim before summer. I even got personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet. Its a hard journey in front of me. Wish me luck boys and girls.

My doctor actually taught me this exercise to relax my forearm muscles. I have really tense forearms and they look popeye arms because for some reason my forearms are on a pump 24/7. Doc gave me acupuncture to relax my arms and told me to do these exercises 5 times a day for 5 minutes.

I used to be really fat. I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide so. I took a meal plan to start with. I created it on nextleveldiet iirc, and it was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. I just focused on walking long distances and exercsing after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!!

Make sure to take rest days man ! That’s what I tell my friends: I recommend 3 sets of 12 slow repetitions for the hand gripper. Make sure that both sides touch each other and that the weight is set so that 12 reps is hardly possible. Train your forearms 2-3 times a week and have at least 2 days of rest between each workouts.

Want even a better looking arm. Start: Bicep curling Triceps push down Preacher curls Single hand triceps extensions Stand up triceps extensions Do 500 of the forearm stretcher each arm everyday while you’re at home or at school or just doing nothing, just do them!!! Keep count and stay on track be organized may be buy a single notebook for tracking your reps. get a BMI [Body mass index] of 15 to 9… be consistent, be disciplined and believe in yourself and watch the magic happen. Also remember to hit leg day. 😉 and also good luck. 💪

All vein shots are done with a pumped arm or restricting blood flow, do not expect a change like that in 20 days, unless you basically had them looking like that to begin with, especially don't expect them to look like resting or a normal body temperature Good sells video for the product linked with a code in the description though

That thing with the apple is actually a trick, if you do it the right way you don't actually need to rip it with strength to two halves but actually just find the right place to rip it, a girl can do it if she learns how to. If you are interested, watch a tutorial about it.

3 thigns to guarantee veins to show: 1. have as little body fat as possible 2. build muscle. bigger the muscle, the more blood it needs ..so veins will increase to accommodation the increased blood load/per minute. 3. do regular cardio

Yesterday I received my fingergrips, I will start today with 3 sets of 12 every 2 days. I will update until the 22nd each exercise day. Day 1: I did not see much change, I find it quite difficult to stretch my little finger in the exercise. Day 2: I still have a hard time stretching my little finger. The movement of the forearm muscles is more noticeable. Day 3: Everything is still quite similar to day 2, although it costs less to open the hand. Day 4: Everything is still quite similar to day 3, there were no noticeable visual changes yet. Day 5: I haven't seen any change in my forearm yet, but today was the first time I felt I did the exercise well, as if my strength was enough. Day 6: My strength has not increased since day 5, but I feel like my forearm is a bit bigger (I regret not taking photos of the start). Day 7: I think I was correct, my forearm is a bit more muscular, although there are no changes in vascularity :(

Y'all know this is a scam right? Anybody's forearms will be "veiny" RIGHT after training them or even just tensing and releasing them a couple of times. They won't stay that way, it's only for a couple seconds.

Grip strength it will help particularly if you pair it with grippers obviously. Vascularity it will do little for. Some people have more visible vascular structure, and everyone's increases after a pump. This video simply is him after he's pumped it to the surface on the same day. I have bicep veins but only if I've recently got a pump, so I can have not very visible vascularity but an hour later very visible, which is normal to happen after a relevant workout.

just to clear this out and make it easy on the world. there is no exercise for veins. it all come down to two things 1- how lean you are 2- genetics the only way to get more veins to show up is to get leaner.

That’s not true, as you build muscle, it pushes the veins out towards the skin and makes them more visible, obviously being lean and genetics play a large factor, but so does actual forearm muscle

yea definitely, you can train the forearms however much you want, but if you don't have your body fat percentage low enough and aren't lean enough, you wont see much of a difference. vascularity is completely different from person to person as well. You can be sub 10 percent body fat and still might not see many veins. Genetics also plays a role.

To get that kind of vuscularity , you have to lose your body fat percentage . People who are above 20 percent body fat are not going to see any difference after doing this workout for 20 days on the other hand vuscularity also depends on genetics so some people look more vuscular while some people look less even with less body fat..

Gonna update my progress here: Using the lowest weight bands Day 1: 150 reps, it’s hard to get my little finger to move with the others Day 2: 150 reps + left arm I pulled a muscle I think Day 3: rest for arm, slightly more noticeable veins but could just be placebo Day 4: rest for arm Day 5: 150 reps, slightly more noticeable Day 6: 150 reps, veins aren’t popping yet but there are some ones that weren’t very visible but are now Day 7: 300 reps (150 in the morning, 150 in the evening) although there’s nothing crazy yet, my veins are definitely more noticeable than they were before Day 8: 150 reps Day 9/10: random number of reps but over 150

in the first clip your squeeze your bicep to cut off blood flow and flex your muscles to make you look more vascular and if people are gonna say what about at 2:40 well you can see something at his armpit probably cutting off circulation to make him look more vascular. I'm not saying the product doesn't work it's just there's no clear clip at the end showing the vascularity that you don't cut off circulation. the product probably works it's just that in 20 days only doing 3 reps a day doesn't seem like that would do much and I don't think it did much in his test which is why he has to cut off circulation in the last couple of clips. P.s splitting an apple in half is mostly a technique so do a grip strength measurer if you ever do this again

I have this type of forearm while doing 0 exercises. My legs also look similarly. Mostly genetics. And although I understand they make your arms look great, I don't get why anyone would voluntarily try to have this. My veins always make me worried of getting a papercut because things could go south quickly, but maybe not.

I recommend 3 sets of 12 slow repetitions for the hand gripper. Make sure that both sides touch each other and that the weight is set so that 12 reps is hardly possible. Train your forearms 2-3 times a week and have at least 2 days of rest between each workouts.
