There are two classes of oils: wet oils (coconut oil for example) and dry oils (grapeseed oil for example) Wet oils are best applied after your body lotions because they are sealants and won't penetrate the skin easily if directly applied to it. Dry oils are more efficient when applied befire the body lotions because they penetrate the skin faster and provides moisture to the skin

The palmers therapy oil is not moisturizing body oil… it’ is use for treatment. The therapy oil is applied before using your body lotion/cream/butter
