When Oktay Urkal fought Miguel Cotto, he had like 5 points deducted, and he wasn't fighting even half as dirty as Salido was versus Loma, so yeah, had the ref deducted the points for Salido's cheatery, then Loma would've won the decision, and Loma would've shut him out in a rematch after he learned to more properly fend off cheat dirty tactic based boxers such as Salido. Also, the Haney bout should've been ruled a draw, that would've been the fair decision, and against Telefono Lopez, yeah, Loma lost fair and square, but really, in all actuality, technically speaking, Loma would've been way better off remaining at 130. And imo, he could still go back down to 130, and then eventually have a mega bout versus Inoue. Nanyou Inoue could definitely compete at 130. He should capture a belt at 126 first though, before going up to 130 to take on Lomachenko, who himself should next fight a jr LW champion. That's where the best version of Loma would be best suited imo.
