The building on the photo is from the 1920s in Berlin (Neukölln, Hermannplatz). It´s the German department store chain "Karstadt". The original building was bombed out during the war, they rebuilded it in a modern style at the same location. I am there regulary. Berlin in the 1920 must have been the place to be. I love this architecuel style, there is a cinema in the area where I grew up which had the same destiny. The Titania Palast in Berlin Steglitz. An old cinema in a futuristic style, bombed out in the war, reopened after.

Reminds me of the almost surreal penthouse i was dreaming of last to last night during my slumber. It was a dark stormy night as i look over to a neighboring building .Being on the top floor myself i can see the other building's penthouse raising a few floors , looking through its windows i notice the calm , classy sophisticated mood lighting of the grand salon .Luxurious sofas spread across the room as i observed . The sounds of the storm intensifying it was pitch black except for the penthouse lighting up. It felt surreal as the price tag of 102 Million dollars flashed before my eyes onto the penthouse.A few mentions of the building's name came into my mind 157 west 57th street. I wake up soon after touring the condo i was present in. I search up the name in the real world and the penthouse surely exists. Wow this was surreal i think to myself, almost as though god dawned a message upon me it felt to carry a meaning. This is after my real events i hope you enjoyed reading and wish for all the success you desire in your future endevours !
