Some alpha legion marines even deceive other alpha legion marines into thinking they are alpharius on apharius orders, One Alpha legion short story has Alpharius and a squad of marines seige a space station kill everyone and set the reactor to overload and destroy the station, they reach the evac point and there is no shuttle waiting for them only for them to get the bad news: The squad leader Isnt really Alpharius and this is a suicide mission to close a leak in the chapter.

Even Guilliman wasn't convinced he killed either of the brothers. In legion there is a marine that passes as Alpharius or Omegon because he was actually as tall as the twins and he underwent that process, making their DNA seem similar. With how easily Guilliman actually beat "Alpharius" its unlikely that was even a Primarch.

I'm a big fan of the horus heresy series and i think it would be amazing if you could do videos on the primarchs right hands like sigsmund, Sevatar, Ahriman, fabius, Erebus, and etc. After all throughout the heresy some of them became as important to the story as their progenitor primarchs.

He wrote the Codex during the crusade and finished it prior to the end opf the HH. He had already begun implementing it to all the chapters of the SM after the HH when this conflict occured.

Man this was one of the first channels I came across when I got into 40K around a year or two ago and I’m sad to see there are no new uploads. But it’s funny hearing Ed say that Alpharius was the last found primarch given some recently revealed info. Hopefully Ed makes a return soon though. A missing voice in the 40K lore community. I hope all is well.

Finally we got to my favourite legion XD to add to what you said at the end, there was another speculation that Roboute actually killed a regular legionaire who was posing as Alpharius, since pretty much anyone of the XX legion could easily pretend to be him where it may have been needed. also, serves a fairly valid purpose to fake his own death that way. But thats just a wishful thinking I suppose. Nice vid mate!

though there was an internal struggle between the twins, such that Omegon was working against Alpharious, Omegon discretely plotted against Alpharius to destroy an Alpha Legion facility which was causing warp storms and preventing the White scars from returning to Terra. If this facility was not destroyed the White Scars would not have been present during the final battle.

i realise a grea amount of mystery surrounds the appearance of Alpharius/ Omegon but in my mind they will always be bald with hydra snake tattoos like in the picture at 2:22...because none of the other Primarchs really had tattoos...imo that would make him fairly unique.

So is anyone still mad they havent made a game on the two missing legions and primarchs, the whole reason Games Worshop even mentioned them was to make a game out of them one for chaos, one for the Imperium. Just imagine it becoming a Chapter Master of a new Space Marine or its Primarch, or you can Become a Primarch of the lost traiter legion and become a Deamon Prince.

I'm certain their reason for adding two unknown primarchs was to give tabletop players room for creativity and fill in the lore themselves with their own custom space marine legions (one primarch for loyalists and the other for chaos). I'm actually surprised GW apparently still cares to leave such questions unanswered in the lore and hasn't cashed in on introducing two new founding legions. Personally, from the perspective of a hobbyist, I hope they never do such a thing and continue to leave us with wriggle room to answer these questions ourselves.

+Mister Sharpe One of the Representatives of GW actaully told the reason for adding two unknown primarchs and legions was because they wanted to make something of them at a later date like a game or something and that they might make an appearance at the final battle between Order and Chaos. One of them to make a Chaos Space Marine Chapter/Primarch and one for a Space Marine Chapter/Primarch, and basically what you said to use our own imagination. But imagine a game where you can Become one of the Primarchs, pick which side you want to represent, basically leading your chapter in the name of your God, conquering worlds, either becoming a Deamon Prince or a Vessel of the Emperor.

He Couldve been. one of the other primarchs or a different one in general all we know is that there primarch had to have been a psyker because the Blood Ravens have an extraordinary amount of psykers in their ranks for Space Marines.

Janus, the Two-Faced God of Roman mythology. He was the god of beginnings, gates, transitions, time, duality, doorways, passages, frames, and endings. One face looked back into the past, while the other looked forward into the future. A fitting name for a duplicitous entity like the Alpha Legion.

Nope. Alpha Legion are bonafide Chaos Worshipers, the only difference is that they aren't as stupid or insane Alpha Legion participated in both Siege of Vraks and Siege of Fenris System fully devoted to Chaos

yeah guess so but I don't think either of the Alpha primark are dead I think that they fight Chaos in their own way and that i the end they will be the only legion left standing when the only humans left will be those living in the Tau sector as prisoners of war who were abandoned there but the the Astartes when the Astartes with drew from the tau when they realised that they had attacked a major Tau world and killed a leader which sent the Tau forces in to crazy mode.so in a small way the Tau saves humanity because those humans don't have the taint because the Tau do not have the warp to worry about.

Solar Auxilia are just predecessors to Karskins and Stormtroopers. However, they can fight in space and without oxygen Made up 25% of the Imperial Army Yes, many of them defected to the Traitors and are still fighting for Chaos up to this day A few of them have definitely achieved Daemonhood

I have a fan theory that locked in stasis on Macragge is not Roboute Guilliman, but the Alpha Legion Primarch. Which one that is remains to be seen.

I think Alpharius was the one to return from the conflict and that Guilliman fell there, the few warriors to return with him, all Alpha agents. But I think that Alpha did the switcharoo back when "Guilliman fell to Fulgrim". So Guilotine falls, Alpharius takes his place, his legion secures his body. Alpharius finishes the codex astartes imparting upon all the remaining Marines what is essentially the Alpha Legion battle doctrine. Then, knowing his position is extremely fragile, once he seens an opportunity, goes to face Fulgrim and uses that opportunity to leave Ultra, returning Guilotine's body to his legion.

+wargaming brothers I've not read it from any place previous, but it wouldn't surprise me if others have thought of it. What better way to ensure the body is never disturbed or keep a prisoner from locked where no one knows he's there? That way Guilliman could join the Highlords of Terra in his weakened state. Fulgrim seems to me like the slow and painful type of killer.

***** It is for plot purposes. The fact that they both survive is... boring. Also, I think Guilliman could have notice if he was fighting his brother or a simple marine. One thing is tricking the looks and the personality, but you cannot lie about your powers.

TitoReni Guilliman got his arse kicked by a dozen NORMAL Alpha Legion Marines It wouldn't surprise me if the Twins were Sorcerers Which would have made it impossible for Guilliman to win (he got his arse kicked by Kor Phaeron)

From what I gather when an Asartes is grown from Fabius Bile's labs it's utter hell and that character would probably be pretty messed up in the head.

Well I'm not sure there's a lot to say about the Harakoni. They just aren't a popular enough regiment to have a lot of lore behind them. Which is a shame because they look pretty damm awesome in my opinion.

In theory the Cabal is right. If Chaos were to "win" the Galaxy, eventually there'd be little/nothing left for it to feed on. The problem of course becomes "well, what's left"?
